Just as I reached Amy holding onto the crop top, I heard footsteps behind me and turned to look at Mason.
“Your father called, he needs you home,” He said looking down at me.
“Now?” I asked. He nodded his head once.
“Amy… I think-“
“Yes, I understand,” She said, “Also We were done I guess,” She said and I sighed. I smiled at her. A part of me knew Mason was lying and I felt guilty for it. But I was far more tired and she seemed too involved in the whole shopping idea I didn’t want to ruin it for her by saying I am bored.
Also, It was part truth. Father would want me home by now. Also, there is a party I need to show up at.

Mason opened the door for me and I got out, mumbling thanks to him.
“I need to go to a party today at night,” I told him so I don’t mess up his schedule of going home and sleeping peacefully.
He nodded his head Yes. I walked a couple of steps and stopped turning around at him.
