Stuff to Know

Stats in this world serve as measuring tools of one's strength; everyone has access to this ability, except for animals, dungeon creatures, and monsters. Stats increase as one gains experience killing monsters or doing other activities such as crafting or cooking. With this in mind technically the strongest people in this world are the older generations, as they lived in this world longer than most. However, age creates debuffs.

-Health or hitpoints is not measured in this world but does exist to some extent. That being said hits to vital areas like the head, or neck will usually result in instant death or cause a lot of damage.

-Mana can be artificially measured through an item but other than that people can feel how much mana they have coursing through their bodies but they can't decipher an exact amount like an artificial mana measurer.

-Titles don't give any bonus stats or abilities but simply speak to ones achievements

I don't feel like I have to explain what Name and Level are or how they work soooooooo…..

Classes

-Classes, a person gets to choose from a myriad of classes once they reach lvl 15, classes provide bonuses to certain stats and abilities, and people learn new abilities associated with their class once they reach a certain level requirement. Classes with an exception of a few don't prohibit the leveling of other stats or abilities that might be the complete opposite of their own such as a class focused on magic leveling up physical attributes like Agi, Str and Vit.

-Advanced Classes, a person receives an advanced class if they reach lvl 40, 75, and 110, Advanced classes help a person better specialize their abilities to one role or help a person broaden their abilities to multiple roles. They provide bonuses to certain stats and abilities to and provide new abilities also. Depending on how one diverts their stats, some advanced classes might be locked due to their requirements, while others might be opened due to theirs.

Most of the common rabble of this world never reach their first advancement, but level up enough to pick a class.

What each stat means:

Str-> Strength(Increases one's Physical Power(Increasing power of physical attacks, and carry weight), Stamina, and Health)

Vit->Vitality(shortens Status Conditions such as stunning, dazed/confused, bleeding, and poisoned, also increases Stamina Regen, and Health Regen)

Agi->Agility(Increases one's Speed, Attack Speed, and also there Dodge Chance)

Int->Intelligence(Increases Magical Capacity, Magical Power, and Improves Cast Time(Some spells are instantaneous by nature so it does not affect there cast times))

Wis->Wisdom(Increases Mana Regen, Shortens Magical Status Conditions such as having illusions, and being Burned amongst many others, and Increases Magical Defense).

Mastery

Mastery refers to the proficiency and understanding of one's practice. As an example, Spear Mastery, Increases one's striking, parrying, and blocking capabilities with the weapon. Mastery of a weapon does not increase one's Attack Speed or Physical Power with the weapon.

Magic System:

Magic in my world is as abundant and as infinite as air. All humans and intelligent life have the capabilities of storing mana, and it is all around them. However There Int must be high enough in order to do so, as such common wildlife and low-leveled mobs are completely unable to conjure enough mana for magic to be possible. The Magic system will be further explained in the story once it reaches a certain point.

Increasing one's Int or Wis does not make one instantly smart:

In my world increasing ones Wis and Int does not make one smart, but has the capabilities to make one learn faster, or break things down at a faster rate. It gives one the tools to become knowledgeable but does not necessarily make one knowledgeable.

A normal person stats:

Str:22

Vit: 24

Agi:20

Int: 24

Wis:20

A normal person might have a few experiences in life as such their level is low, but this depends on the person. A normal person here might be a citizen of a nation who lives in a city that probably works for a merchant or a government office doing mundane tasks.

However, a farmer probably has stats like this

Str: 55

Vit: 80

Agi: 20

Int: 12

Wis: 13

This is to specialize in farming to allow them to work faster and tirelessly throughout the day. Their stat total is also higher then a normal citizen as farming is a skill and grants exp if done correctly.

A person does not have double a person's stats if their str is 10 and the other is 5, a single stat point is minuscule, but does add up over time.

That being said a guard that overlooks law in a city might have these stats, this may vary as stats depend on the guard's level, class, and experience as one.

Str: 76

Vit: 55

Agi: 40

Int: 26

Wis: 25

A powerful warrior, with the strength of 5 men probably has stats like this:

Str: 425

Vit: 250

Agi:280

Int:40

Wis: 210
