Dimension Of Mythics

"I'm so looking forward to this mission" Philip said with an excited grin.

"Yes, but we have to sleep" Jeffrey said. "And the moment we come out, we're going to be really hungry"

"But they haven't even gone on the mission yet" Philip frowned.

"Well would you rather have us leaving the mission halfway" Jeffrey asked with a raised eyebrow.

"That would be terrible. Okay fine but we have to at least complete the mission tomorrow, deal?"

Jeffrey just shrugged and then tried to send his consciousness back and thankfully it worked.

"You were right, I'm starving" Philip said, rubbing his tummy.

"There are some chips in the drawer, there should be biscuits too, get some for me as well" Jeffrey then started laying the bed while Philip went to bring the snacks and after filling up a bit they took their bath and slept off.

The next day, Jeffrey received a positive reply from Caroline. According to some of her fans, the rough sketch he drew looked like Mangrell Jordan's signature.

"Who is Mangrell Jordan?" Jeffrey asked with a confused expression on his face.

"I have no idea, I tried searching for him online but I found nothing" Caroline clarified through the phone.

"Did you ask your fans about him?" Jeffrey asked.

"I did and the ones that have seen the pattern said they saw it in a museum but it isn't there anymore"

"This is far too suspicious" Jeffrey said with a frown.

"I agree, how did you come in contact with this anyway?" Caroline asked.

"I'm sorry but I can't tell you" Jeffrey shook his head and after bidding farewell hang up.

"So we lost our lead again?" Philip who had been sitting beside Jeffrey asked.

"Not necessarily. We have to find who Mangrell Jordan is" Jeffrey muttered with a serious face.

"And why he has such a weird signature" Philip added before standing up. "Well get dressed, we have to leave soon"

"Where are we going?"

"Be patient, you'll find out soon enough" Philip said mysteriously.

An hour later Philip and Jeffrey walked down the stairs all dressed up.

"Sun?"

Jeffrey heard his uncle's voice and froze. He had completely forgotten about him, he had gone out two days ago and Jeffrey could not be happier.

Philip had to place his palm on his mouth to prevent bursting out laughter.

"Looks like you're going to have some fun. I thought we'd spend time together today, but unfortunately, you and your friend see are going away..." before his uncle could keep filling his ears with rubbish Jeffrey quickly interrupted him.

"Oh, uncle I would never impose on your time. You are such a busy man and I respect that a lot" and then he disappeared with Philip but who knew there was a stalker around the corner.

"Where do you think you're going, Phil?"

"Don't tell me..." Philip facepalmed before turning to meet his sister. "We are going to do boy stuff, stop following us"

"Tch, there's no way I'm letting you leave me behind" Serena said glaring daggers at him.

"Just let her come if she has to I don't have time to deal with a child" Jeffrey said with a frown and Serena's face cracked.

"What did you just call me?"

"Enough. Just go back I can't have fun if I'm babysitting" Philip sighed.

Serena gasped. "It's not going to work this time, I'm coming along no matter what you say or call me"

"Fine. Keep up then" Philip gave a frustrated grunt before he resumed walking.

"If you can't live without your brother why are you always acting as if you hate him?" Jeffrey asked staring at Serena strangely.

"Shut your mouth, I haven't permitted you to speak yet" Serena yelled.

Jeffrey gives her one last glance before shaking his head. "I'd rather die than have a twin"

"Tell me about it" Philip sighed.

"Oh, you're being ungrateful. You should feel happy I'm your twin" Serena harrumphed and after that the boys started ignoring her, finding peace again.

Sometime later they reached the dimensional portals. Fortunately, the waiting line wasn't very long. They paid the transportation fee and when the guard wanted to start asking questions, Philip just showed him his card.

After that he let them stand in line as well. Philip then went to register their location and after ten minutes it was finally their turn.

"Where are we going?" Serena asked curiously.

"You don't even know where we're going and you decided to follow us. I could sell you without you even knowing" Philip scoffed.

The distorted appearance could make anyone woozy but dimensioners like them who had used the portal too many times to count didn't feel the change.

Few seconds later they appeared from the other side.

"Welcome to the dimension of Mythics!!" Philip said with his arm wide open, fishing for compliments.

"You have outdone yourself bro" Serena said with widened.

"How did you get a ticket to this place? even your dad can't afford it, no offense" Jeffrey asked.

"None taken. Let's just say I tricked it out of a lass" Philip wriggled his eyebrow with a smirk on his face.

"I have no idea what you're talking about" Jeffrey clarified with a weird expression.

"I have so much to teach you" Philip sighed placing his arm around Jeffrey's neck.

"Stop doing that, people will think I'm a kid" Jeffrey said with a serious expression.

"What a narcissist" Serena scoffed. "You are a kid, you're two years younger"

"For smart people, age is in the mind, not the numbers" Jeffrey responded without looking at her.

"Whatever, you can't get worse than this" Serena sighed.

"Okay the first place we're going is the 'Pick A Legend' museum," Philip said excitedly.

"Why do they call it that?" Jeffrey and Serena asked at the same time.

"I thought you'd never ask" Philip grinned. "In Pick A Legend all the items on display are objects without stories but it is said that these objects have spirit so they reveal their history to lucky onlookers. If you're lucky and get chosen you can get that item for free as long as you share the history with the museum"

"There's actually a place like that, let's go. I might actually meet a wardrobe goddess" Serena said excitedly while Jeffrey and Philip exchanged looks, thinking the same thing.

'Wardrobe goddess?'
