All vampires were inherently good looking but wren was worlds apart from them. seeing such a ghastly strong demon who looked like a god act so childish shocked Michelle and Jaden. this was the boy who single handedly killed the entire cross crew! was this witch really capable of taming such a rabid beast so thoroughly?

stupified they both watched as celeste embraced wrens slender waist and lifted her head to whisper into his ear " it's okay big brother I understand" Hearing her lullaby soft voice so close calmed wren down considerably. relaxing his clenched hand wren gently lifted celeste into his arms and jumped back into the tree tops. too frightened not to take this opportunity michelle and jaden scampered off in a flash leaving no trace of being there.

" are you really not angry sister?" wrens voice shaked as he hugged her small body closer. sitting on a tree limb celeste peaked at her surroundings then gave off a bright smile.

" I'm not" she reassured him then continued with a serious tone " but i am worried about why there are so many rogue vamps after me. do you think it's your mother?"

wren wanted to refute but the words simply wouldnt come out. Gale was a loving mother to him but she was heartless to everyone else, especially towards celeste. getting others to do her dirty work was her specialty so it was entirely plausible that gale found a way to leak celestes whereabouts to the rogue ones. No one in the vampire clan was content with the marriage of havoc and celeste but the few who dared to speak against it had been banished. now considered rogues it was no wonder that they were after celestes life.

" I'm sorry" wren whispered sadly. sensing her brothers mood worsening celeste patted his hand. " I know brother, dont worry too much about it. I cant die easily" she laughed.

furrowing his brow wren was about to tell her to worry more about herself when havoc small figure appeared across from them.

" what are you doing here!?" he growled

shielding celeste from havocs line of sight wren glared back at him.

"watching over my sister since you cant!"

havocs small handsome face turned dark but was quickly replaced by a smirk " celeste is my wife now so shes no longer your concern". grabbing her hand havoc pulled her upwards forcing her to stand on the thick branch. caught between the two celeste was starting to get annoyed. "Enough!"
