27 Ben V Scott 1

With Ben waiting on the battleground, he looked confident, smiled confidently but this gestures were making Scott very angry as he was losing his nuts already.

It was clear that Ben was on another level and was definitely stronger than he was but Scott was ready to fight, not giving up before even starting the battle. It would be a shame to someone of his reputation.

"Begin!!!!!"

Scott began with a stance, cautiously looking at Ben, awaiting a movement. But Ben did not even move an inch from where he was as he just stared at Scott.

Scott began rounding his opponent, looking a weak spot in order to attack. Scott knew that he was at the disadvantage, he does have any magic at the moment, so the things he could do were just physical attack, without him having knowledge of Ben's magical ability.

Seeing that the battle was taking longer than necessary, Ben said "you can attack me, I won't use my magical powers. Let's go old school, we are going to settle this like men with our fists".

Scott lashed back "all I want is your best, I don't care if you use your magic or not, just make sure you give me your best".

"My best, then I will you my best physically".

Just at that response, the environment change drastically, Scott could feel an intimidating presence at it was of doubt that it was Ben's magic pressure.

"I want you answer a question for me now"

"I won't answer any of you silly question except you beat me", Ben replied.

Ben attacked, it was a very quick and fast attack. It threw a punch at Scott but all of sudden he disappeared from Ben's front and he was at the back also throwing a punch but Ben also vanished from his front appearing at Scott's back and landing a punch. A punch that was filled with a lot of power, a punch Scott could not dodge and afford to get hit with.

Scott dodged the punch but it threw him flying but he regained composure of himself as he landed on the ground with both of his feet.

"Thy hit hard, I could feel the impact throughout my entire body. If I drop my guard, his next punch could knock me out", Scott was thinking.

"After another four or five punches, I will get serious. Better watch yourself, I warm up fast", Ben said.

Scott attacked timed to time but he ended up receiving the bad side of battle. He was getting punch and tossed away around the battleground. But Scott did not seem of letting the fight end quickly.

He attacked again, this time with smart thinking, reading and critical concentration. He managed to create an opening by deceiving Ben with a fake punch from his left hand. He then managed to conjure one of his new move, "Breaker".

"Breaker" was technique that Scott had been training hard on. He did vigorous training and meditation just get this technique. It is a technique that allow one to inhale sharply and concentrate mana into one attack at a certain point. The part where one concentrate the attack on will be a deadly attack to the receiving end, as it carried much physical strength.

Scott had managed to deceive his opponent and was for the move as he yelled, "Breaker". He concentrated most of his mana into his right hand before landing a punch to Ben's face. But yet again the attack was stopped, as Ben used his hand to hold his punch as if it was nothing. While Scott was trying to waver how he stopped his attack, Ben disposed him with a kick to the other end of the ground.

"Ahhhhhhhhhh", Scott grunting as he uses one of his hand to touch his rip area, it was hurting. That lick must have broken something in there. "Damnnnn, he is still warming up, he is definitely strong".

"But why is Ben...…."

"Could it be...", Scott grinned.

"Hey are you still going to use that Breaker thing of yours again?", Ben asked.

Scott in total silence on why he popped out that question out of nowhere.

"Well you will not be able to use it again, as seen that it is weak and flawed after all".

The people watching the battle, mostly Scott's friends started thinking "flawed as how,"they had not found a loophole in Scott's attack since he used it against them in training.

"Word of Advice...…..,if you try that techniques against me again, I will stop you in your tracks".

Ben started moving towards Scott, taking little bit cautious steps also as he said "in a one-on-one match, you had better not try your technique".

"Your technique has two weaknesses".

Everyone was shocked not because of he found out the weaknesses of the technique but because this was a technique he had only seen once and he was fast to decipher the loopholes in the technique in just a short range of time.

Ben raised his hand and pointed at Scott "First, your technique takes long to charge. During a fight your don't have all the time in the world to assemble your mana into your favorites attack spot. So I would not count on having the time to charge it".

"Second, it's too risky. When you focus your mana in your fist to increase it power, you have no or little amount of mana for defense. One attack to the wrong place could take you out".

These words of advice were pissing Scott out as he was lectured by his opponent, when it is not that he is a child.

"Thanks for the advice but are we here to fight or talk because you said right now are known to me but I am working hard to figure out a way to upgrade the technique without having a loophole".

Scott mana began to flow heavily within his body as he was enraged and gingered at this battle before.

He assailed once again.
