"No I don't hurt fragile-dash-vulnerable-dash breakable woman." He said before Kathleen could continue as he walk towards the pack house.

Kathleen was pissed, no let me rephrase that she was furious. Without hesitation she grab a stone and throw it towards Jiren that unfortunately hits his head.

Jiren clench his fist as he gritted his teeth in anger as he felt his head throb in pain due to the impact of the solid rock that hit his head. He turn around and face Kathleen who's been making faces and even stick her tongue out to him, with that instead of being angry he was amused by what he saw.

'Did she just stick her tongue out?' he ask himself that makes him chuckle loudly.

Kathleen was confused on what is going on to Jiren until she realizes what she did.

"Ohhh shit" she uttered and storm out of the woods and enter the pack house with dark aura emitting from her as she still heard Jiren laughing at how childish she acts, she's actually quite puzzled because she never did that to anyone specially to a person she just meet but maybe because Jiren emitted a brotherly presence that she never had. She was the only child and at age of 10 her parents died leaving her to her aunt that raised her as her very own child.

Adrian felt how pissed Kathleen is but he can't live Jiren alone in the pack house, so in order to make him feel at ease he mind linked his beta - Alex- to go to Kathleen, at first he declined because he felt like he have a phobia with Kathleen.

But then, as a beta who has been threatened by the king /alpha he can no longer say no.

"So, you're a rogue?" Adrian asked.

"Yes I am."

" Then why are like that? No offense meant ." Curiosity was evident to his voice.

" You mean calm?"

"Yes" Jiren exhaled deeply before explaining everything to Adrian.

"That's why." Jiren said ending his explaination to the king.

The king -Adrian- was drowning to his very own thought.

" Why does I haven't heard anything about this before?" he really didn't heard anything about a rogue become a normal being, not aggressive, not drooling, and doesn't look at you just like his starving and wanted to eat you so bad. Now that he knew about their existence he wants to treasure them, and make them feel at home because that's what he does as the king

" Maybe your father the former king decided to close this case, I mean our case. I guess he doesn't really want us to be under his command." Jiren said that makes Adrian blown in shock.

"What do you mean by that?*

" Your father decline us, neglected us, rejecting us as if we are some kind of junk." Jiren gritted his teeth in anger. " But don't worry we don't think to have a revenge with the former king." He said and stand on his feet and was about to walk out of the room when Adrian called him.

"Bud, gather all your people, there well a celebration this coming full moon." Adrian said with a friendly smile on his face.

"And welcome to the kingdom of werewolves."

Jiren felt like he was floating i the water as he can't believe what he just heard. He'll about to have a pack to handle 'wow that was mind blowing' he thought as he walks out of the room after bidding good bye to the king.

While on the other side Adrian has been trying to mind linked Alex but he can't reach it, that makes him confused as puzzled as fuck

' Didn't I told him to escort Kathleen no matter what!? ' he said as he burst out of his office and run towards the stairs, that he easily passed through by using his long muscled legs.

He open the door of their room and meet but no one.

"Where are they!?" he frustratedly shout.

Adrian walk into the room and scan the place, until his eyes fixed at the black cellphone placed on the coffee table.

" This is Kathleen's phone. " he uttered that make his forehead furrowed.

Kathleen never leave her phone behind because she got many important things to do in her phone. That's what he saw for the last few weeks that they're together.

He was pulled back to reality when the phone rings that he answers immediately.

" Hóla mi reina , ready to die? " a baritone voice welcome him. With the thought that someone called his mate my queen makes him want to kill someone. Yes that part just sink into his brain.

" Who the fuck are you to call cara mia your queen!?" Adrian's voice boomed out venomously. While the other guy on the call became silent and confused until he turned it off.

He knew he was being possessive to Kathleen lately but he can help it, his falling deeply to her. He thought that he would feel that way when they're fully mated cause that's what has been thought to them but yeah there instructor were wrong they haven't started the process yet but now his deeply and madly fallen to her. He is tightly wrapped around Kathleen's finger to the point that he wanted to jail her at their room so that no one else could see her devilish beauty.

"I most find her!" he's about to walk out of the room when the phone rings. He answer it abruptly.

" Hello, Adrian is that you?" Adrian felt a relief when he heard her voice.

"Where are you?" he said in a composed voice.

"Atmy office, by the way I brought Alex with me!" she said in a sweet tone that makes Adrian sigh in disbelief, he's supposed to be angry what the heck he immediately melted down with just her sweet voice what more if she touches him.

" Ok ill be there in a minute."
