Chapter 5

"As the Alpha from Abugon, I am here to claim my daughter, together with Alpha Dethan. It was clear enough we are not here to create chaos but to claim what was ours."

Me and Alpha Winston stood in front of the mansion. My knees are shaking seeing Alpha Dethan's smile and my father's fist shake in great anger. 

'He might kill me for an instant.'

It was like telling me that I am hurt if I will be with them. Therefore, I made my very best to stay at the side of Alpha Winston, still wearing the housekeeper's uniform. I do not want Alpha Winston to go away from me.

Just to stay where he stood is way better so that they cannot touch me, even my father's guard holds me and create chaos here.

"Do not let them get me. You know that you had told me you wanted to stay here and act as your slave, remember that."

My voice was cracking in nervousness, which can be sensed easily. I was holding my hand in order, hiding it at the back so it will not be visible. They might laugh at what I am doing.

"You cannot tell an Alpha what you wanted to happen, Mirabella," said the trusted guard of Alpha Winston who stood at my side. I did not know he was listening to what I am telling, pertaining only to Winston, not to him.

"I know," I said. "And I am talking to the Alpha. I am not talking to you." I am not saying it strictly but telling it normally.

Then, I started to tell Alpha Winston about my life again. How I was struggling to live in the pack due to the tightness of the decision my father did.

Later on, I stopped and saw him staring at me, threatening me to death, but it gives me a vibe he wanted me to shut my damn mouth for him to focus on my father.

"Please, I am trusting you in this case," I added.

He did not continue to listen to what I am telling him and was moving forward, going near to where my father was standing. I kept my eyes on him and hoped that he was listening to the last statement I have given.

"You know, I felt that you are even happier being a slave in this pack than to return to your pack and was acting like a damn princess. You did not use your brain," said the guard who tells me not to say something to the Alpha.

I rolled my gaze towards the guard. "I do not care. I am happy if I am away with my father. Period and do not talk to me unless you would not appreciate what I did," I said and was facing them.

I saw Alpha Winston was really angry staring at my father and I know one of the reasons. Father did not follow the rules not to step here in the pack of Odeta which was disappointing and can make him think this might lead to war.

"You know this was stupid seeing you here. I know it was your daughter who came here, yet she made an inappropriate move for her to be a slave and will not be returning to your pack," said Alpha Winston, still confidently walking while the guards are also prepared if one of them would hurt him, then they are willing to alert and hurt them too.

While me, I moved backward, and just stood near the door to run inside if something will happen.

"It was simple! What we need is my daughter and you are the one who created chaos for both parties! You kept my daughter! Give me my daughter and I do not care about that rule now!" Shouted father.

"Father, I hated the fact that I am not going! I will stay here, and do not want to marry Alpha Dethan! It was simple, yet you are the one who cannot understand!" I explained and almost cried out as I felt that my heart was heavy.

"Invalid explanation! It is unacceptable!" Father was angry and about to walk near me, yet he was been stopped by the guards of Alpha Winston. This made me alarmed and walks near Viola so that she can comfort me.

"It was fine. Do not worry, I sensed Alpha Winston does not surrender you to them, even if that was against the rules too. Both are already needed to face consequences," Viola said, tapping my shoulder as we continue to listen to their talk.

Alpha Winston once stared into my eyes and stared back at my furious father and about to transform into a wolf, yet he was controlling his body. Alpha Dethan was letting him calm down.

"As an Alpha too, you need to face liabilities and consequences once you will not surrender my very own princess." Alpha Dethan was calm, yet I know he was ruthless secretly and was dealing with the hunters, paying them to kill other Alphas so that he will bloom and be more powerful.

"Princess my ass." Alpha Winston smirked and was letting himself continue to be serious and not laugh when Alpha Dethan mentioned I was his princess.

Disgusting. Even I would not like to claim that I am his Luna, the fact that he had a lot of Luna's whom he had in bed and was playing the fire with them.

There were also some rumors that I heard he already had pups with omega and yet he did not claim it was his as he was an Alpha. He needs to have children with a Luna his mate.

"Do you want this to lead to war?" Father asked Winston, calming his body, and was smiling at him.

"We are already in war since then. I think we do not need to tell that. The war had started a few years ago, are you not informed?" Alpha Winston asked and is putting his hand on his side, staring at my father.

"Then, if that so, I will give you days only to let my daughter back in my pack. If you will still not do anything, then I will attack your pack and you have an idea what was your fate when we are dealing with it." Father sighed. "I will let this pass for now and if you will kill my daughter, then you will be killed."

Father faced Dethan.

"Luna Mirabella is mine. Remember that, stupid asshole Alpha Winston."

The conversation goes on until Father and Dethan and their pack vanished from my sight. That time, I sighed and felt relief when my father left and was not even forcing me again.

This made me think of thanking him again, even though I am just a slave in here.

Alpha Winston walks going toward me, made Viola run back to her work, and told me that I just need to face the Alpha alone. Since it was time for her duty, not to know what was happening.

"If someone died in the pack, I will blame you." His eyes were furious. "At least, you need to thank me for saving you again. This made me think of giving you another punishment you deserved to have."
