Connor

MY mate was talking to some pack members who came over from town. Not everyone lived in the packhouse; some stayed in town where they have their jobs. My wolf was proud that we had finally introduced our mate as Luna to everyone.

The whole speech thing was fast as I didn’t want Tara to feel uneasy. I smiled when I heard my mate’s laughter over something the older man told her. It pleases me that she was not feeling comfortable with everyone here.

“Alpha.”

I turned around and found Brendon with his mate standing beside him. I nodded at both of them.

“I’m happy to finally have met your mate, Alpha. Brendon met her in the greenhouse, even my daughter talked to her,” Patience, Brendon’s mate, said and looked behind me to my mate.

“It’s about time she met everyone here,” I answered.

“Rose, our daughter, adores her, Alpha. Can’t stop talking about how she walked with the Luna to the greenhouse,” Brendon said with a laugh.

“Connor.”
