I woke up the next day feeling.. satisfied and happy. I had never felt so happy in my life. Asher and I had mated and I had no more heats coming my way.

I sat up from the bed and looked around for Asher, he was no where to be found. I frowned and attempted to get out of the bed only to be brought back down quickly from my wobbly legs.

I let out a huff and laid back down on the pillow before a voice was heard in my head, it was from Asher, he was mind-linking me.

'I'm downstairs making breakfast for us, I'll be there in a second my love'

My heart completely melted and a smile was formed on my face.

I shut my eyes and I took a deep breath.. 'I love you' I mind-linked him back. 'I love you too' he responded hastily.

Only minutes later Asher strutted into the room, eyes furrowed from trying to keep the plates from falling. I let out a giggle and watched him carefully. He reached the small desk next to the bed and set the plates down.

His gaze reverted to me and he hopped onto my naked body covered only with a flimsy sheet, attacking my face with kisses.

"Good morning mate." He muttered against my skin, emphasis on the word mate. Asher and I had always been mates of course but now it felt.. stronger. The connection between us felt unbreakable.

"Good morning.." I replied back in a loving tone. He leaned up from my face, taking in all my features before speaking. "I made us breakfast. I know you're probably hungry from all the.. action these past few days." He chucked and I smiled at him.

He handed me a plate and I began to dig into the food. I moaned at the taste, I had forgotten Asher was such a good cook. He stared at me almost the entire time we were eating.

"It tastes amazing." I giggled from his seemingly everlasting stare. Asher smiled back at me and set his empty plate after he finished.

"So, I was thinking that we could go visit some pack members so I could introduce you to them. I'm sure they're eager to meet their Luna " He announced. My eyes widened a bit in shock and I took a sip of water.

I took a deep breath before speaking, "are you sure they want to meet me?"

His eyebrows furrowed and he moved slightly closer to me. "Why wouldn't they?"

"Well typically after Alphas find their mates they introduce them to the pack in the first few days.. I don't want them to think I don't accept them." I fiddled with my fingers a bit and bit my lip.

Asher intertwined our hands and lifted my head up with his free hand, "Madison, the pack would be honored to meet you. They've been awaiting your arrival and we wouldn't want to keep them waiting would we?"

I shook my head and grinned. "Nope. But I don't have any dresses or anything to do my hair with!" I gasped, "I don't have shoes!"

Asher chuckled at me and shook his head. "Don't worry, I'll have my mom bring some things over. She's good at that.. girly stuff."

His eyes glazed over and I quickly realized that mind linking his mother. Mind linking the pack would be something I'm looking forward to. It's nice to talk to any pack member at any given time.

Once he finished speaking to his mother his eyes returned to normal and he grabbed the plate on my lap, putting it on the mini table next to us.

"She'll be here in an hour. But while we wait.." he trailed off and pulled the sheet off my body, leaning down and sucking my nipple into his mouth.

I moaned and gripped his hair tightly. "Asher.. your mom will be here soon.. what if she-" I began before he pulled back from my nipple and cut my sentence off. "We'll make it quick. I promise." He smirked.

I gave him an annoyed look before giving in and pulling him in for a kiss.

I let out a ear shattering scream as Asher pushed another orgasm out of me. That had to be the third or fourth orgasm he sent me through. My body trembled and I moaned, dragging my nails down his back.

He moaned loudly before finally finishing and shooting his load inside me.

We stayed there in silence, only listening to each others loud breathing and rapid beating hearts.

After composing himself he slowly pulled himself out of me and we groaned at the same time.

"This quickie was not a good idea." I announced, making us both laugh. "Come on, let's take a shower before my mom gets here."

I nodded and lifted my hands up, urging him to pick me up. He playfully rolled his eyes at me and lifted me up, taking me to the shower.

It took lots of persuasion to convince Asher we shouldn't go for a round two. He eventually gave in and stopped asking.

After our shower that we fixed ourselves up and watched a movie, waiting for Asher's mom to arrive.

I put my mind barrier up so that Asher couldn't break in. I didn't want him to find out I was thinking about the pack rejecting me.

Who would want a Luna that didn't want to be their leader at first? I know I wouldn't. I took a deep breath and focused on my mate.

Just looking at him helped. He dragged me out of my deep, saddening thoughts. I was grateful. Everything seemed to be getting back on the right track.

I had to visit my brother soon so I could catch up with him and talk things out. But for now, everything seemed to be going perfectly.

I smiled to myself and snuggled into Asher's chest.

Everything was perfect.
