Klaus was gasping for breath, his body covered in blood. Countless bodies were piled at his feet, and the blood ran like a river over the ground, and the air was filled with its strong smell.
The blood-red moon hung high in the night sky, and the red moonlight and the crimson earth mirrored each other, and a terrible aura of death hung over heaven and earth.
Klaus had led the wolves from the northern border to the west, and due to their unfamiliarity with the geography of the west, Klaus's wolves slowly struggled from the initial strong attack. The wolves in the west quickly turned the tide of the battle under favorable conditions, and their defense was as difficult to overcome as a copper wall.
The war must be won. It was an order from the king to Klaus. The king had redeployed Klaus with a strong fighting party to support him, and he gave Klaus no opportunity to back down. So Klaus had no choice but to continue leading the wolves.
