LIAM
"Don't speak like you know me."
It's cruel saying those words to her, but I can't control it. I don't want to hurt her but I can't stop feeling like she is such a hypocrite, talking like she knows me when all she has ever done is ignore my existence.
"I know what I need to know. I see the pride both of you have, and I want you to fix whatever it is between you. My family is not breaking because of egos," Lexie starts to walk away.
"So this is how you do it?" I shake my head, as I walk towards her, rage burning in my eyes. "Is this how it's going to be from now on?"
"What do mean?" she frowns, aware of me approaching her but she stands her ground.
"You now talking to me," I stop and look up as if in thought. "No, wait. Lecture me and set me straight before you consider me invisible right? And let me guess, the reason why you even talked to me is because I was hurting your golden child."
