Alluna is suddenly overwhelmed by the numerous, continuous sounds that rang out from the system, however, that doesn't mean that he is kept from rejoicing from having receiving things.
After a while, the constant dings from Lukas has subsided, and only his voice sounded out,

With the sufficient knowledge Lukas has given Alluna, he has figured out how broken and overpowered the combination of the skills that he had opened. Caitlyn, just on her own, have overpowered AD scaling damage on her abilities, combined with Sword's Dance which doubles Alluna's Attack Damage, the damage that could be done is devastating! And, he also gained the Pokemon Ability [Sniper], which lets him deal 3x critical hit damage! And then there's Jhin's [Curtain Call].
Alluna was pleasantly surprised when he saw the notification saying that he has received Caitlyn's Hextech Rifle. With this, he now has something to protect himself with (although not so much in close ranged combat).
"Can you provide me with the detailed descriptions of everything that I received, please?" The boy politely asks, and as if he has known what Alluna wanted, Lukas has opened an interface before Alluna even finished talking.
[[Caitlyn's Hextech Rifle] - A reward from the system for collecting all of [Caitlyn, the Sheriff of Piltover]'s abilities. With this, champion-related skills have added bonuses, and are now buffed]
Alluna raises his eyebrow with this information.
"Lukas, can you explain this reward system, please?"
[Sure thing, Alluna. Whenever you collect all of a Champion's ability, the system will reward you a Champion-Related-Weapon, which, in turn will buff that Champion's Ability, however, the buffs may only be applied when the respective Champion's Weapon is equipped. You can only wear 2 Champion-Related-Weapon at a time, which you can only change every 24 hours.]
"Oh, that is nice. Thank you, Lukas."
[You are very welcome, Alluna. Now, let me give you the skill's descriptions
[Headshot] - Every 6 Attacks, you may fire a Headshot. Attacks while in brush count as 2 for building towards a Headshot.
Headshots deal an additional 120% physical damage. They have double range and deal a further 100% physical damage against enemies hit with Yordle Snap Trap. They have double range against enemies hit with 90 Caliber Net.]
[Caitlyn's Hextech Rifle]'s bonus has been triggered. Attacks to build Headshot is now halved, from 6 -> 3. Additional damage is increased from 120% -> 150%]
This is Caitlyn's Passive Ability which lets her dish out massive amounts of damage. It isn't much of an exaggeration to say that even with only this, and a good kiting, she may as well be able to kill a lot of champions on her own. In Alluna's case, even without much items, and only at level 1, he can deal [120 Physical Damage] each [Headshot]. And if it isn't OP enough, the stacks needed to reach [Headshot] is halved to 3, instead of 6, meaning, if Alluna played his cards right, he may not need to put himself in danger to hunt, if there is a need to.
[Piltover Peacemaker - Q
Caitlyn Revs her rifle for 1 second to fire a narrow piercing shot dealing 210 (205% Attack Damage) physical damage. After hitting any target, it opens into a wider shot that deals 50% less damage.
Mana Cost: 75, Cooldown: 1 minute, Range: 50m
Always deals full damage to trap revealed targets.]
[Caitlyn's Hextech Rifle]'s bonus has been triggered. Piltover Peacemaker now fires instantly upon prompt. Damage is increased from 210 to 300, with an increase of 300% of Attack Damage. Damage offset has been removed. Mana Cost is reduced to 50, Cooldown to 30 seconds, Range to 100m.]
This is Caitlyn's Q Ability that is devastating to say the least. To be hit as an initial target of this ability is enough to make one cry, and now that the damage offset is removed, meaning the subsequent targets that is hit with this ability will take the same damage that the initial target does. Additionally, the gruelling increase of almost half of base damage and percentage bonus will leave Alluna's enemies no time to cry, as they will be dead in an instant.
[Yordle Snap Trap - W
Caitlyn sets a trap that roots the first champion that steps on it for 5 seconds and granting true sight of them for 3 seconds. Traps last for 60 minutes and 5 traps may be active at once.
Mana Cost: 20 per Trap, Cooldown: 5 minutes per Trap, stackable up to 5]
[Caitlyn's Hextech Rifle]'s bonus has been triggered. Yordle Snap Trap root duration is extended from 5 seconds to 10 seconds, and also deals damage equal to 200% Attack Damage, while also granting true sight for an extended duration of 10 seconds. The traps will now last for 300 minutes and 10 traps may be active at once. The traps are automatically camouflaged. Mana Cost is omitted, and Cooldown is reduced to 2 minutes per Trap, stackable up to 10.]
'Isn't the bonus too OP?' Alluna thinks. He can't even imagine how much difficulty would his future enemies would have to try to even get close to him! They might even die from just stepping on these traps, feeling helpless while they cuss him out along with their misfortune!
[90 Caliber Net - E
Caitlyn fires a net, pushing her backwards. The net slows the first target hit by 50% for 1 second and deals 280 (+80% of ability power) magic damage.
Mana Cost: 75, Cooldown: 2 minutes, Range: 10m.]
[[Caitlyn's Hextech Rifle]'s bonus has been triggered. When cast, you are pushed back 5 meters from position, phasing through walls and obstacles. If there is an obstacle 5 meters from position, pushed back to the nearest location where there isn't. The net now roots hit target for 5 seconds, and deals 400 (+100% of ability power) magic damage. Range is lengthened to 15 meters.]
With great utilization and timing, the E ability of Caitlyn is a great escape tool, and another for kiting and a single-target crowd control to maintain distance. This is also great for retreating enemies, so that their movements are slowed, which will allow Caitlyn to chase them down, and kill them. However, with the bonus, this ability is turned OP, just like the previous abilities. If the bonus is this devastating to normal abilities, Alluna is preparing his mind to be blown by the bonus that will be added to the Ultimate Skill!
[Ace in the Hole - Ultimate
Caitlyn takes a moment to channel and line up the perfect shot, then she fires, dealing 750 (+2.0 per bonus attack damage) physical damage, but other enemy champions can intercept it. Damage is increased by 25% depending on your critical strike chance. This ability grants true sight of the target during the channel.
Mana Cost: 100, Cooldown: 12 hours, Range: 0.5 Kilometers (.31 miles)]
[[Caitlyn's Hextech Rifle]'s bonus has been triggered. Deals 1000 (+3.5 Attack Damage) physical damage. Bullet cannot be stopped from hitting, piercing intercepting targets for 100% of the damage. Terrains are bypassed, as long as target is within sight, or is revealed through other means. Damage also scales on Critical Strike Chance.
Mana Cost: 0, Cooldown: 24 Hours per shot, Stackable to 3, 10 seconds between stacks, Range: 1 Mile]

[I know, it is insane.] Lukas says to the gobsmacked Alluna. [To bypass even terrain, that would mean the bullet would pierce through mountains, if the target is revealed. Don't worry though, friendly fire is definitely off.]
"That's even more insane! And what's up with the damage scaling with my Critical Strike Chance? Wouldn't that mean that if I had 100% CSC, the damage would be increased to 2000 + 7 per point in AD? Dude, it's even stackable now, and I can use one after another after only 10 seconds?"
Caitlyn's Ultimate is a menace in the early games, especially when one can only rely on flaming teammates to tank the damage. Of course, Champions that has an ability to make themselves invulnerable in their kit can dodge this no problem, but for others, its hell. And now, it is made so that no target can dodge the shot, and a terrifyingly strong shot at that.

I am using MOBAFIRE to get the description for each abilities, while also adjusting them a bit to suit the real world.
Also, I'm sorry for not updating for so long, I had been so busy at school. Fortunately, I am graduating from Senior High School this coming July 13. I will be able to update more regularly now, provided that I get over my writer's block, hehe.
