The air smelled of old wood, and a crystal lamp hanging from the ceiling cast a soft, warm glow inside the shop.

It made the wooden shelves along the walls look magical, filled with artifacts from different times and places.

There were ancient masks, pottery that seemed delicate enough to break with a touch, and scrolls that looked like they held secrets from centuries ago.

Shiny stones and fancy jewelry added a touch of elegance to the rustic setting, shimmering under the lamp's gentle light.

Despite being underground, the shop felt peaceful, away from the noisy world above.

The floor creaked slightly as Asaka walked, adding to the feeling that she was exploring a place frozen in time.

"It's been too long, Marissa," she said fondly, introducing Asaka to her old acquaintance. “This is Marissa Caldwell, my old maid.”

“Nice to meet you, ma’am. My name is Ash.”

Marissa just smiled at Asaka, then she and Melody exchanged pleasantries and caught up on each other's lives.
