Ah really?

My eyes snap open and I look around the area. However I can't seem to move or speak.

"Your new world to get transmigrated into." a voice says as a wheel spins in front of me.

[Danmachi.]

"A single bloodline as a boon." The voice echoes out.

A screen shows up once more showing different bloodlines. Senju, Uzumaki, Uchiha, Saiyan, Vampire, Werewolf, Etc.

However this time my body can move and it let's me pick.

[Otsutsuki bloodline. Rinnesharingan version.]

Why that bloodline instead of some other powerful bloodline like the legendary super saiyan? Easy, versatility and knowledge. I knew how to use chakra, the eyes alone would be a monstrous help for me just starting out, perfect memory, the ability to copy moves, high speed vision, the 6 paths of pain, all elemental affinities,

"Two Material wishes to help you in your new world." The voice says as the screen changes once more.

"I want the gate of Babylon, and All jutsu knowledge from the naruto universe including things like how to make the weapons created there Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu, Shurikenjutsu, Genjutsu, etc." I request.

[Gate of Babylon, Empty, Acquired.]

"Design your character and select the time you wish to arrive in the new world. This can be controlled by using the age scroller." The voice says.

The screen changed to show my previous body. However my skin was now pale white, I had 2 small horns protruding from my head and brilliant purple eyes with little black tomoe, with long white hair.

"Uhhhh, no." I instantly get rid of the horns, shorten up the hair and change it back to my sandy blonde color, sadly I can't seem to change my eyes except for the color which I change to steely blue. My skin is changed to a slightly tanned color.

I click on the age slider which is sitting at 30, before dragging it down to age 4. If I recall this is the time when clan members train thier kids in naruto. Figure this would be the optimal age for me as well.

"Quick question, will I get some kind of start up funds and identification when I start or are you just throwing me in with nothing?" I ask up at the sky.

"1000 Valis, 3 sets of clothes, 1 set of shoes and identification of Ryan Grim shall be provided." The voice says.

I dont know if 1000 is a lot but probably not.

The slider says the max amount of time I can have before the story starts is 15 years.

I click the enter button and suddenly the world shifts around me.

I find myself standing in the middle of a crowd with a black T-shirt, some simple brown pants, and a pair of rather plain looking brown leather boots.

Looking around my vision seemed to catch every single move of the people around me, I could also see various lights and colors inside and around thier bodies. It was a bit overwhelming.

Upon closer inspection it seemed to be some kind of market area, people were selling food and other goods at simple stalls and and blankets thrown on the ground.

There were guards chasing off beggars, some people wearing armor, it was exactly like I had stepped into a fantasy like world. Because I had.

However it didn't seem cartoony, everything seemed so realistic like I had just stepped outside of my house and there was some kind of costume convention for the middle ages out back.

The wind on my face, the sun overhead, the smells of various things. All real. I even pinched myself and felt pain.

I walked around curiously looking at the stalls for a bit while I gathered information. A vali by my guess cost a single dollar from what I could gather. I could buy a couple or sweets or a few meat sticks for a single vali. Simple things like backpacks, or pouches cost anywhere from 5 to 10 valis. Basic iron weapons were probably 25 to 150 vali depending on the weapon.

So it seems I've got 1000 dollars. That will only last a while.

'Might as well grab some basics.' I think and pick up a backpack, water canteen, sleeping gear, like blankets and pillows, and a bit of dried food.

'I could probably save funds by sleeping in the gate. However finding a place to bathe might be a problem, I've seen various out houses so I know there some kind of toilet, atleast I hope there is.' I think before looking towards the majestic Babel Tower which contains the dungeon underneath.

Was I going to rush towards the dungeon? Hell no! I have minimal fighting skills, as I was a simple author in my previous life. A couple of brawls in school was about the limit.

However I should probably head there and pick up information to study. I'm pretty sure the guild is at the base of the tower so I should be able to buy information.

Swinging into an alley a medium golden portal open in front of me and I drop in the sleeping gear. This would be the Gate of Babylon.

I poked my head inside and saw hundreds of various scrolls piled up neatly.

I'll look at those later. Hopefully they are labled.

Closing the gate I start back up on my trek to the guild.

I mean its pretty hard to miss a massive tower shooting to the sky. It's also hard to miss rowdy adventurers coming out of the dungeon and heading towards a large fancy building.

So I follow along happily.

Sure enough, there are lines to talk to various girls and sell goods. I just wait patiently getting quite a few odd looks due to my age.

About 20 minutes later it's my turn, sadly I get a regular human girl. But that's okay, I'll be living here for quite a while and I've already caught sight of quite a few exotic looking beauties.
