Monkey Diamond (4)
The diamond monkeys roared when they saw Kayla approaching instead of running away as they had originally expected.
One of the monkeys, who looked young and somewhat scrawny among his companions, moved ahead of his siblings and approached Kayla with hatred in her eyes.
He wanted to kill the enemy who burned his people!
Kayla could see the hatred in her eyes, but she coldly ignored it. She couldn't waste time on stupid feelings of remorse or guilt. She still hoped that she could clear the dungeon before the academy registrations ended.
So while the monkey general shouted some meaningless screams at the diamond monkey who had come forward, Kayla tightened her grip on her daggers.
The monkey quickly arrived in front of Kayla, but before she could even think about attacking Kayla, two flashes dazzled her vision.
The monkey that had come forward blinked and slowly lowered his head, only to see an X made of a pair of deep wounds on his chest.
