After a while, Lian Zhinan found out the road they were taking was different from what he remembers.

He looked at Chu Yan anxiously and asked, "Brother Chu, where are we going?"

Chu Yan shifted his eyes to him, "We're going to eat outside tonight."

Hearing this, Lian Zhinan felt stuffy and uncomfortable. What he doesn't like are places with crowded people, and he wasn't close with Chu Yan to suddenly eat with him.

Chu Yan and Lian Zhinan were silent on the way to their destination. After a while, they arrived at the fancy restaurant. There are only few people dining inside, and the atmosphere was very elegant. Chu Yan exited first and Lian Zhinan followed behind. They were guided by the male servant.

A man with a superb appearance in suit was definitely eye-catching, but after seeing the boy behind, the onlookers were more attentive. A young man in school uniform with a youthful face was very fresh and foreign, standing beside the mature man, it almost looks like a father and son.

The male waiter put the briefcase into the table and opened it, "Sir, all of this are new designs."

Lian Zhinan froze, and he were unable to swallow the food inside his mouth while staring at the shiny things. Isn't…. this rings?

Fancy rings with various design. Luxurious and definitely expensive. The male waiters couldn't stop giving him ambiguous stares.

Chu Yan suddenly lifted his eyes to meet his, smiling softly, "Lian Zhinan, pick a ring that you like."

Lian Zhinan's whole body tense and all his body hair stood up. He dropped his utensils and was started to tremble nonstop.

"B-brother Chu, I am full. I want to go home." His eyes were easily reddened by tears. He was enjoying his food a second ago now he was full of grievances.

Chu Yan didn't feel soft from his state. His voice turned firmer, "Lian Zhinan, just pick a ring. What's the crying all about?"

Lian Zhinan cried even more.

If these were regular rings, he wouldn't act like this. But this old hooligan couldn't wait to eat his fill. What is a normal ring? Isn't all this an engagement rings?
