Last Fight Of Day 2

"Ladies and gentlemen, we've witnessed a series of heated confrontations throughout the second round. And now, for the final match of day 2!" The announcer declared to the thousands that have gathered in the colosseum. 

"Our last two fighters are... Ace Shadows! The leader of the Aegis clan who has shown first-hand how powerful they are." The crowd cheered and clapped for the ex-assassin. 

"Here we go..." He says to himself while making his way to the arena. 

After Maggie's admission to the medical room. Ace returned to the arena to await his turn. Vorus and Conroy returned to their room which was opposite to the historian's leaving Kaz, Ernie, and Lela to look after her.

"And his opponent, Curtis!" A man descended to the arena. He was much taller than Ace. He flexed his large muscles and pointed at the ex-assassin.

"Are you ready to lose, captain of Aegis?" 

Ace didn't pay heed to Curtis. His facial expression was devoid of any emotions.
