"You should go with him," the girl says walking back to the castle as Gor lifts his boulder over his head, carrying it behind the girl.
Standing to my feet, I moved away from the tree to see Aaron walking down a path farther from where I stood. He had done nothing to deserve my wrath yet I had been insensitive to his feelings. The poor boy had lost his wife whom he had loved for millenniums only for her to show up and cause nothing but heartache and drama. I had to apologize for my errors, he was the only one asides Umbra and Ramul who had shown me what true family was all about.
"Aaron wait!" I called after him, jogging to meet up with the mage.
"Let me be Reya," he sighed kicking a stone in his path. "You wanted to be alone before, well, now's your chance."
"Don't be like that."
