How would Konoha look at the unknown Uchiha? How would Itsuki react to his new family? Read to find out. Most of the pictures don't belong to me but some of them does. Also I only own my OCs and Story line in this book. And this is after the fifth great ninja war.

New Beginnings

Sakura's POV

I glanced to Itsuki who has fallen asleep sitting next to the guest bed where Yuki was laid on. I sighed fondly knowing how caring Uchihas really are even if they tend to hide it.

"Itsuki darling." I called out to my son waking him up from slumber. "Breakfast is ready." I said and he nodded before lifting himself off the floor but not before taking a glance at her features. "Mama, did you call Akari san?" Sarada asked me sitting down at the table. "I have, she said to send her over when she regains consciousness, you can help her with that right?" I asked and Sarada frowned. "I have a mission today." Sarada said bluntly and I rose and eyebrow at her before returning to my work.

Itsuki sat down at the table glancing warily at Sarada which gained my curiosity. "Is Boruto still mad?" Itsuki asked her and Sarada grumbled. "Yuki's just like that, she doesn't care about her comrades, if someone dies, for her it'll just be for the sake of the mission." Sarada spoke venom lacing her tone. She speaks as if Yuki never helped her save Boruto in the war. I thought remembering that moment.

Yuki's POV

I opened my eyes blinking away the sleep in my eyes. I glanced at the ceiling before sitting up on the bed as quickly as I possibly could. "Where am I?" I thought looking around the room. I spotted my clothes which were washed and smelled freshly of Sakuras. I looked down at myself and noticed that I was wearing a red shirt which was beyond my size.

"Sakura san." I said surprised as I was met with her calm face when I opened the door. "Ah, I see that you're awake. How are you feeling?" She asked me allowing me to step out into the hallway. "I'm feeling fine." I replied noticing her eyebrow twitch. "Like father, like daughter." She mumbled shaking her head a bit. "You should get home, should I ask Itsuki to take you there." Sakura san added and I shook my head in reply. "I can make it alright." I reassured her as we walked down stairs.

"Yuki." Sarada spoke seeing me walk into the living area. "Sarada." I said keeping my voice monotone. I guess were back to square one again. I thought internally sighing. "Mama I'm heading out." Sarada said breaking eye contact and packing the last of her weapons. I bid my farewell to them before exiting the house to head back to my house.

I took a breath of fresh air preparing myself for the scolding I'll receive when I reach home. "I'm home." I said entering my home which I've avoided for the last whole month. "Onee chan." Sakumo shouted running down the stairs seeing me. "MOM, onee chan's home." He called out and I quickly hushed him earning a confused look from him. "Yuki?" My mom said looking at me confused. She ran to me enveloping me and my little brother in an embrace.

"You're home, I was so upset when Sakura called me to say that you passed out in the rain. Have you been taking care of yourself, did you get sick." Mom fussed over me making me sit down on the couch. "I'm alright, mom." I said trying to calm her down. "The mission report said otherwise." I jumped slightly startled by my father's voice. "Sakumo, time to go to the academy." Mom said standing up from the couch giving me a peck on the forehead.

"You read the report?" I asked moving to the side to let dad sit down. "I thought I might take a look at what the ANBU were doing, also there has been some rumors going around." Dad said giving me a tired look. "Dad, I- I'm sorry, I know I went behind everyone's back and joined the ANBU, and you were right it does give people a bad reputation." I admitted burying my face in my hands.

"Is that why you've been avoiding home, Sakumo's been upset about that for a while. But I think I can believe that, you were pretty stubborn even from the start." Dad said giving me a closed eye smile. "You're a very odd father." I said deadpanning at his response.

"Yare, yare, you're overthinking it, much like you're mother." He replied patting my head. "Thank you, dad." I smiled fondly at his gesture. "Also if she heard you say that, she will be coming for your head." I said making my dad chuckle sweat dropping.

Itsuki's POV

I walked through the forest with the rest of the team as we raced to complete our mission. "There's an unidentified chakra source approaching us." I reported spotting the significant difference in our path. "Stay sharp." Sarada ordered us and we nodded in response.

"Wh-what is that?" Mitsuki muttered surprised at the strange burst of chakra. "Be ready for an attack." Boruto yelled out as sparks started firing at us. We quickly maneuvered around them, dodging every object that was flunked at us. "Sarada." I was startled by boruto yelling out and I let my guard flatter for a moment. "Amarterasu." I said as I activated my Mangekyou sharingan aiming the inferno flames at the source of this chaos.

The chakra died down and we approached the body which lay on the ground in front of us. "It's a child." Mitsuki exclaimed in shock and Sarada gasped. "How can a child be able to release such a strong amount of chakra, that's impossible." She said and we turned out attention to the child fully as he began to stir awake.

"Wh-who are y-you?" The child stuttered blinking his eyes open. "Hi there, are you alright?" Sarada spoke softly. "Uhm, yes, but something happened, I- I can't r-remember." He said clutching his head confusion swimming in his eyes. "Do you have a home?" I asked and he looked up to me his eyes sparkling. "N-no, my home was destroyed." He said and I felt sympathetic for the state he was in.

"Lets take him back to the leaf with us." Boruto said and I nodded in agreement. "Would you like to come with us." I asked and he nodded raising his hands up making grabby hands at me. I picked him up reluctantly allowing him to settle onto my back before we continued our journey back to the leaf.

"So what's your name?" Sarada asked the child trying to make a conversation. "Inari." He said in a cheerful voice. "Nice to meet you Inari, my name is Sarada, and that's Mitsuki, over there is Boruto, and the one carrying you in Itsuki." Sarada introduced all of us to Inari.

"You're going to love it in the leaf village." Boruto said to Inari and he grabbed on to my shirt tighter.

"Let's go report to the hokage together this time." Sarada exclaimed as we set foot inside the gates of the village. We knocked on the door and Boruto barged in before we got a reply and we came face to face with Yuki making him jump back in surprise. "Why are you here?" Boruto yelled out making Yuki raise an eyebrow at him.

"Can't you see, we're planning your funeral." Yuki shot back sarcasm lacing her voice making the Hokage sniffle his laughter by covering his mouth. "Very funny, I'm not dead." He responded crossing his arms over his chest. "Yeah, you're practically immortal." Yuki responded her voice remaining monotone. "You mean it." Boruto asked puffing out his chest and Yuki bowed to the Hokage walking up to us to get to the door.

"Yeah, stupidity lasts forever." She smirked at Boruto before opening the door of the office leaving promptly. "That....she...ugh" Boruto shouted out in frustration.

Sarada gave the report of the mission and I set Inari down on the floor making the eight hokage smile at the child gently.
