255. Mission

[ Master, one mission has been activated! ]

Ryu was startled. It's been a while since he received any sort of mission from Navii. His World Points have already hit zero so he was looking forward to new mission.

" Show me the details."

[ Mission No. xxxxxx

Objective : Save the last remaining bloodline of Azure Dragon Race.

Reward : 500k WP, One random Bloodline. ]

Ryu stared wide eyed at this description. He checked once more to make sure he wasn't seeing things.

' F**k!! Azure Dragon race!! '

Hisoka was confused, Ryu suddenly went silent before showing a shocking expression. He chose to ignore Ryu and walked around the pond.

He peered inside, to see the bottom but all he saw was clear water. Several stones laid beneath the water, most of them were blue in colour which gave the pond a bluish outline.

Ryu snapped out and checked the surroundings. He spread out his senses and scanned everywhere, not a pebble was left behind. But even after ten minutes of search he found nothing.

' Huh? Where is it? Where is the Dragon? Even if it's a baby it should atleast be bigger than a snake but nothing. There isn't anything here.'

He carefully recalled what happened.

' The mission was activated when I touched the water. Could it be? '

He stood at the edge of the pond and looked inside. The water was clear and transparent with a bluish cover to it. He looked inside and found several rocks blue in colour.

' Please be right.'

He jumped inside and swam towards one of the rocks. The rock was clean and smooth, small veins spread across its surface. Ryu placed his hand on it and send a silver if his sense into it.

Nothing.

There wasn't anything particular about it, just plain rock.

Ryu checked the remaining rocks and found them to be the same. By now he was feeling slightly agitated. It was a Dragon, a true Primordial Dragon!

He again surveyed the pond and found nothing out of place. Disappointed he was about to leave when a small rock caught his attention.

This one wasn't as big as the others, just the size of a baby fist.

' Might as well.'

He didn't have much hope in this one so he was rather calm as he send his sense into the small rock. But unlike the others Ryu felt something odd.

This small rock wasn't dead. It wasn't alive either. But somehow it was different. Ryu didn't know whether this was what Navii mentioned.

" Navii, is this it? "

[ Not enough information. I can only calculate the missions based on the information what the world laws provide.]

' I see. Either way this is interesting. It faint but this rock is absorbing energy. Well, won't hurt to bring it along.'

He got out and found Hisoka pulling out a large piece of crystal. He then placed it in his storage.

" Ryu, do you have any way to take this whole place away."

Ryu shook his head.

" No. My pocket dimension is still growing, the laws inside isn't strong either. So I can't pull in such a large space."

" Then? "

" The best we can do right now is to seal this place. I will place the strongest isolation barrier I can. I will also place some traps and alert signals, that way we will know if someone finds this place."

Hisoka shrugged. Either way he was fine, he had already pulled out several large Primal Stones. That should last him until he reached Golden Immortal.

Ryu started his work. He placed engraved rods at specific positions and activated them. The entire spiritual energy of this mine was dispersed and sealed within.

Both of them exited after that. Ryu used earth style to cover the hole and placed several undetectable signs as alarms.

" Let's go to the nearest city. I heard there was a Task House there. We should be able to pick up something."

Task House, a place where Warriors could take up tasks inorder to earn a living. These jobs would also allow them to train and go further in their Cultivation.

Ryu and Hisoka went in a leisurely pace. Soon they reached a city slightly larger than Rockwell City. This City is called Merchant City.

Like it's name suggests this is a commercial city. This city was also under Heaven Alliance, and it's purely for commercial purpose. But if anyone ever made the mistake of thinking it's military strength to be weak then they would pay dearly for that mistake.

Ryu and Hisoka entered. Through Rockwell City they were able to acquire identifications for them.

" Let's split up. I have visit few stores first."

Hisoka nodded and went his way.

Ryu walked along the busy streets. This city was well developed, every item ever needed by a Warrior is available here. The price varied from shop to shop but overall they remained in a particular range.

Ryu was looking for a shop to sell few weapons. Eventhough he acquired large quantity of Primal Stone those weren't convenient to be brought out.

Any experienced merchant would be able to see they were just mined. So he had no other choice but to sell few of the weapons he made during his spare time.

Finally he found a shop. The shops sign was a Shield, Sword and a Spear forming a triangle. The shops called Barks Forgery.

Ryu stepped past the door and entered. Immediately a myriad of weapons greeted his eyes.

His eyes swept past Swords, Shields, Daggers..... almost all of these weapons were Mortal Weapons. And their grades weren't low.

" How may I help you sir? "

A beautiful lady stepped towards Ryu and asked.

" Ah, I am here to sell some weapons."

The lady wasn't surprised. She smiled sweetly and led Ryu towards the upper floor. Soon they reached a door and the young lady knocked gently on it.

" Come in."

A strong voice echoed from the other side. The lady opened the door and led Ryu inside.

A man roughly about thirty or so sat behind a desk. He was going through some documents.

The young lady bowed and said.

" Manager, this person wants to sell Weapons."

The man lifted his head and nodded. The young lady left after bowing. He got up and welcomed Ryu.

" Nice to meet you. My name is Zel Barks."
