Good Taste
Vee could hear her mum and Mary awwing and Phina and Camy laughing as they made their way to Leon's room.
"What was that for?" Vee asked when they were in the room.
"Is that your way of saying thank you?" Leon asked and took the cup from her.
"Thank you?!" She asked in disbelief. This guy was crazy.
"You're welcome" He raised the cup in a toast and then took a big gulp. She gaped at him. Wasn't the coffee supposed to be hot?
"Why are you hung over?"
"Um because I drank" he said matter-of-factly and went to his closet.
Animal.
'Oh that's so not obvious' she rolled her eyes at him
"Why did you drink?" She detailed out and then hesitated before she asked quietly again. "Do you not want to move out with me?"
She could feel her subconscious frown at her. She sounded so stupid but she just had to ask.
"Trust me Anna, if there's anyone who wants to leave this house like his life depends on it, it's me"
