Homecoming (VI)

In a place far away there where a bunch of people reunited in a circle, in the middle an adult man was juggling with many kinds of crystals of different colours.

I think I have seen that before, maybe it's...

"That's him, what are you doing over there Alex?"

"Can't you see? I'm entertaining the people in the meanwhile"

"I knew it, it was you" I said getting close.

"That voice... how long has it been since the time we saw each other kid"

Yes, it's the same kunai man that helped me weeks ago. So his trick consisted on trowing his weapons and made them change colour, its pretty showy.

"I'm also glad to see you Alex. This is my friend Maria, she is a little-"

"Ohhhh~ its so beautiful~"

I checked behind me and saw her eyes sparkling. It seemed that the juggling trick has her astonished, it was enough to get over her fear on strangers.

"Pleased to meet you" said finishing his act.

The public began to leave slowly and only the 4 of us were left. Maria not being distracted by the lights suddenly hid behind me.

"You're this group bodyguard?"

"Correct. We agreed that I will accompany them on this track"

"I see, what a coincidence to find you here"

This is a day full of reunions, without the help of this people I doubt that I would have made it.

"So you managed to accomplish your task. I'm very proud of you Asriel, you have gone so far"

"It's not a big deal, in the end I wasn't able to find any answer. I only meet a dictator that I defeated with a strike of luck"

"Even so luck it's an important factor in combat, you don't have to underestimate yourself. Don't forget, in a life or death situation you must use everything on your favour"

"... I understand. I'll have it on mind for the next time"

"That's the spirit. Anyway, have you finish the things you came to do Batista?"

"Almost, in 5 minutes we'll be ready" answered.

"Perfect. I guess you'll come with us, right Asriel?"

"That's what we pretend to do"

"That way I can get off early on my city and you can continue into yours. I need some rest, I'm exhausted"

"You can sleep on the car meanwhile. Take the keys" said throwing them in his direction.

"Thanks, I'll accept the offer and take a nap" yawning Alex left.

We ended helping getting the rest of the boxes to the building of operations. After Maria drink her promised cup of tea with cookies we were ready.

"Well Jack, I thank you for everything"

"You too, I'm glad you have someone to take you home"

"It's a pleasant coincidence. Anyway, see you"

"Bye bye~"

"It was a pleasure to meet you Asriel, Maria. I hope to see you again soon!"

After we say goodbye we get into the car and leave.
