Beginning (IV)

"Uffff... ufffff. Seriously, what was all of that about?"

A mysterious creature that appeared out of nowhere to attack us and ended up killing 2 people, perhaps, it was the responsible for what took place here before?

But something else is more important. I observe what I have in my hands with detail, in the left a glove, in the right a sword. All that occurred seems straight out of fantasy except that is happening in this moment.

I heard a strange crunch coming from the beast so I looked in his direction. It seems like it's disintegrating, from its body to the stains of blood that were on the floor, eventually everything disappeared without a trace.

How... everything evaporated? Just like that? This confirms my biggest doubt yet, whatever that creature was it didn't came from this world... those where the same words that came from my mouth before, right? How could I know it? What is it happening to me...?

It's no use to keep thinking about it. I took a deep breath, many times for a few minutes until my heart returns throbbing like usual.

I watched as the sky had began to change colour, it's getting late. Great, how to explain this situation to everybody when I come back? It's impossible that they believe me if I don't bring proofs, even I can't believe what happen. Well, I could show my weapons... though I don't think that's a good idea, they could say that I'm a madman or something. It's better to keep it a secret until I figure out more about it.

But... how do I put them away? I can't just simply ignore that fact. While I was thinking about it a little whirlpool of light appeared in front of my glove.

Eh? What is this? My sword was attracted to it and then disappeared. I see, that's where it came from, probably. Later my glove started to defrag slowly until there was nothing left.

Excellent, no evidences. I hope I can call them again when it's necessary... mmm, that means events like this will occur another time in the future? I hope it's not the case, no use thinking more about it for today.

I stand up and shake my body. I didn't have any mayor wounds besides the one I get earlier, I'm sure that will leave a bruise.

So, what to do now? I looked up to the distance and started to walk.

The bodies of the men are a complete mess, one it's split in half and the other without his head. The spilled blood on the place begins to dry, their remains displays a gory scene and a strong stench. I'm surprised myself for not throwing up after seeing this bizarre show. Everything was caused by just one being...

Now that I think about it maybe it wasn't the only of those creatures, it could be more. It's better to go back to the city as fast as possible.

"I'm sorry, but I can't make you a propel bury"

I made a gesture with my hands to pray for their death. I got in the car and drove back to the civilization.

I hope to return without any problems, although it would be hard to explain this situation. I have to think out something.

Nevertheless, there is no doubt that the most important thing that happen to me was this power I just obtain. I don't believe it's a coincidence that both this and the creature appeared at the same time. This unknown force that moved my hand... a glove and a sword, eh? There must be something related to the incident that occurred a couple of days ago, the beginning of everything. The so called day of the Apocalypse.
