MOJITOS

We arrived at Mojitos and I get out of the car immediatly, leaving everybody behind me. I run straight to the door and swing it open. I breath In and smell the alcohol in the air. This was my job when I lived in toronto, I was a waiter/entertainer and everybody knew me. I go to the bar and order my favorite drink, plain old fashioned, strait out of the bottle, whiskey.

The bar tender was a familiar face. My ex coworker Charisma. She poors me the drink and gives it to me. When she see's my face her jaw drops and she smiles ear to ear.

"Mackenzie? Is that you?"

"Hey Charisma it's been awhile hasn't it?" Charisma smiles even wider and jumps over the counter to grab my neck and pull it onto her chest. She always did that when we worked together. The word boundaries wasn't in her dictionairy. She squished my head in between her breasts.

"Whow Crisma. Yohu Heven tanged." She pulls my head away and smiles. "What did you say?"

"Wow Charisma. You haven't changed." She smiles and opens a bag of Ice. She pours a couple of cubes into my glass of whiskey.

"Georgia is in the back if you want to see her." I look at Charisma and she seems more mature. Her breasts are still the same huge size, but her brown hair is longer, her gentle green eyes got more fierce and she's wearing clothes meant to be worn by buisness women.

"You're not a regular bartender anymore are you?"

"Nope I bought Mojitos about two years after you left. I'm filling in for Georgia." I finish my glass and go to the stage. I see Nathaniel and my parents walk in. I wave at them, my mom shakes her head, and Nathaniel smiles. 'That idiot can't take a damn vacation.' He thought while watching Mackenzie picking up the mic.

"Hello people of Mojitos, my name is Mackenzie Barnes. It's been awhile since I've performed here, about 5 years and I'm happy to say it's good to be back. I'll be singing a song I wrote, it's about love."

I start to sing. The lyrics flow out like the water with the wind. The song I'm singing, reminding me of my life in toronto. I start to remember all the events that happened, all the people I've met. All the people I've loved. The song was about love but its actually about loving someone.

I originally wrote the song for my girlfriend at the time, I wrote it for Georgia. I loved her until I didn't anymore.

Thinking about these lyrics the image of Nathaniel pops in my head. I open my eyes and I see Georgia in the back covering her mouth. I look around the room and my eyes stop at Nathaniel. He noticed that I was looking at him. He was sitting at the other side of the bar.

He grabs his colar and pulls it down. He puts space between his legs and runs his hand through his hair. He spreads his arms and leans back against the counter. He lips slowly curl up into a smirk and he licks his lips. He bites his bottom lip slowly. He looked like sex on legs and I couldn't look away.

I entered the bridge of my song and I myself started to feel hot and heavy. I took off my jacket and winked at Nathaniel. He laughs and sits normally. I finish my song with a long note, and at the end everybody was feeling sudductive. Using Nathaniel's greek term, this song was sung with ero's.

I walk to Nathaniel and grab the seat beside him. I smile and punch him in the arm. "How do you do that?" I ask frustrated.

"Do what." He said acting dumb. I roll my eyes and order a whiskey from Georgia.

"Jax, you can look at anybody, it could be the straightest man on earth and they'll think you're sexy, I don't know how!"

"You said it yourself, I'm sexy." He mockingly pretends to flip his hair as if he was a girl. I laugh and roll my eyes. "But it's the truth, I ooze sex." I sneer at him and he takes offense. People started to recognise him, people taking photos of him and a couple even asked for autographs, he didn't give any, his excuse was that he's on vacation.

Eventually people left him alone. Silvia didn't drink and Meredith took her home. Because of that Meredith decided to get take out instead of eating at the restaurant. Me and Nathaniel stayed at the bar, we planned to leave around 4 o'clock to eat dinner with my mom.

Without realising it I ended up drunk. "Urgh, hic* man I need to get laid." I said bluntly. Nathaniel raises his glass and says amen.

"No, you told me you have it on a regular basis, I haven't been touched since I started working at Midnight Muse."

"How have you been living?"

"Well it's because of Melody, I like her. She's really nice and smells like rainbows." I say with my head on the counter. I order another drink but Georgia pours me a glass of water.

"So you have a girlfriend and you're choosing to wait for her?" Nathaniel said chugging his drink and ordering a new one.

"That's the thing we're not even dating."

"Are you drunk?"

"No. Georgia can I have another whiskey?" She pours me a glass of water. I drink it and yell for another. Nathaniel laughs at me.

"I said I've been getting it on a regular basis, now a days I just haven't felt the need, now I'm kinda regretting it. Drinking always makes me horny." Nathaniel explains.

"Urgh, hic* I like melody, I think but I also like another person, they're completly different than me, but I'm not sure I like them because of one thing."

"Oh? Whats that thing?"

"He's a guy."
