Don't cry

"Good Morning Daddy" said Joy as she walked into the dining room with a smile on her little face.

"Oh Good Morning my princess" said Dom as he smiled as he looked a Joy.

"You look very pretty" said Dom as he smiled at Joy.

"Thank you Daddy" said Joy as she climbed onto the dining table seat and she steadied herself.

"So are you ready for school today my princess??" asked Dom as he smiled and he gave Joy her scrambled eggs.

"Mhmm yes I am daddy" said Joy as she smiled, she was more than ready.

"I am glad that you are my princess" said Dom as he smiled.

"Where is your mother??" asked Dom as he looked around.

"Oh well mommy went out again" said Joy as she replied casually as if it was a normal thing as she ate her eggs.

"She did??" asked Dom as he was starting to get suspicious, just where did Natasha go to??

"Yes she did daddy" said Joy as she smiled, she did not seem to be affected at all.

"Well alright then my princess" said Dom as he snapped out of his thoughts and he smiled.

"It just means that we have more time together" said Dom as he smiled.

"Yayyyy" said Joy as she smiled.

"Sorry to disturb you Young Master" said Alfred as he walked into the dining room.

"But I have Joy's schoolbag here" said Alfred.

"And the Madam packed her lunch earlier before she left" said Alfred.

"Oh Alright, thank you Alfred" said Dom as he collected Joy's pink schoolbag from Alfred as he smiled.

"You are welcome Young Master" said Alfred as he smiled, as Dom placed Joy's schoolbag on one of the empty dining table seats.

"Oh and before I forget" said Alfred.

"Good luck on your first day of school Joy" said Alfred as he turned to Joy and he smiled.

"Thank you Alfred" said Joy as she smiled as she looked at Alfred.

"Oh you are welcome Joy" said Alfred as he smiled, he was resisting the urge to cry, and Dom found that very funny so he began to laugh.

"Alfred, you look like you are about to cry" said Dom as he laughed.

"Oh please forgive me, I just cannot help it young Master" said Alfred as he sniffed, this was too emotional for him, he had seen Dom while he was still in diapers, and here he was seeing Dom's own daughter grow up too, right before his eyes.

"You do not have to apologize Alfred" said Dom as he smiled.

"Would Joy giving you a hug help??" asked Dom as he smiled.

"Of course young Master" said Alfred.

"My princess, why don't you go give Alfred a hug before he starts crying" said Dom as he turned to look at Joy and he smiled.

"Okay Daddy" said Joy as she pushed out her chair and she rushed to hug Alfred who had bent down on one knee to be on her level.

"Don't cry Alfred" said Joy as she giggled as she hugged Alfred.

"Oh sweet child, I will not cry" said Alfred as Joy was simply too cute.

"Alright then Joy, thank you for the hug" said Alfred as he broke their hug and he smiled at Joy.

"You are welcome Alfred" said Joy as she giggled and she rushed back to her seat to finish her eggs.

"Well Young Master, I will be going now, have a good day" said Alfred as he smiled and he used his handkerchief to wipe a lone tear that managed to escape from his eye.

"Thank you Alfred, have a good day too" said Dom as he smiled as Alfred smiled once again as he left the room.

"Well my princess, let's finish our breakfast, so we can drop you at school" said Dom as he smiled.

"Okay daddy" said Joy as she giggled and Dom smiled at her.

Well now thanks to her so called friend Pete who was very mean by the way, Natasha had to eat breakfast all alone, who ate breakfast in a coffee shop all alone?? That was just way too lonely, but Natasha was not going to talk to Pete again… or at least for a while, because she was sure that he would call her first.

Natasha was walking on her way to the school, and to her luck she saw Dom's car and she smiled as she ran to catch up with them.

"My baby" said Natasha as she ran and she smiled as Dom carried Joy out of the car with her schoolbag in his hand.

"Mommy!!" said Joy excitedly as Dom put her down and she rushed to hug her mother.

"Oh my baby, look at how pretty you look in your school uniform" said Natasha as she smiled and she carried Joy, sure she had dressed her this morning, but every time she saw her baby, she could not but wonder how beautiful her daughter was.

Joy's school uniform was a grey plaid v neck pinafore, and Joy wore a short sleeved white school shirt worn under her pinafore, she wore glossy, clean black school shoes, and her hair was packed neatly into two buns, she looked so smart and neat.

"Hahah Mommy" said Joy as she giggled and Natasha put her down.

"Oh my baby, let me take a picture of you" said Natasha as she brought out her phone and she smiled.

"Don't forget your schoolbag my princess" said Dom as he smiled and he wore Joy's schoolbag for her.

"Thank you Daddy" said Joy as she giggled and Dom smiled at her.

"Smile my baby, and say 'first day of school'" said Natasha as she smiled.

"First day of school" said Joy as she smiled and she did as she was told.

"Oh you look so cute my baby" said Natasha as she smiled at the picture she had just took, she was going to print it out and hang it in the house.

"All the other children are already going in" said Dom as he pointed to entrance where many children that looked about Joy's age were in their uniforms and they were walking into the school as two teachers stood guard at the entrance.

"Alright my baby, you need to go now, so you will not be late" said Natasha as she smiled.

"Okay" said Joy as she held her mother's hand and then she held her father's hand with her other hand and they all walked to the school entrance together.

"Good Morning" said the Teachers standing guard as they smiled, and Natasha and Dom greeted them.

"Alright my baby, you need to go now" said Natasha as she smiled and she gave Joy a kiss on the cheek.

"Have a wonderful day, and we will come pick you in the afternoon okay" said Natasha as she smiled.

"Okay Mommy" said Joy as she nodded her head and she smiled.

"Good girl" said Natasha as she smiled and she stood up as Joy turned to look at her father.

"Oh my princess, give me five" said Dom as he bent down and he smiled.

"Five!" said Joy as she giggled and she gave Dom a high five.

"You will do great my princess" said Dom as he gave her a kiss on the cheek.

"Now run along" he said as Joy smiled and she ran through the school door with a smile as she turned briefly to wave them goodbye and they waved back at her as she disappeared with the crowd.

Natasha felt like crying, it just one of those things that a parent experienced, the first day of school for their child, it was just an emotional moment to see your baby all grown up now.

"I think we should go now" said Dom as he turned to look at Natasha.

"Alright" said Natasha as they walked back to the parking lot.

Natasha sniffed, she brought out her phone and she looked at the picture she had taken of Joy and she smiled, her baby would be alright, she would be.

"Do you need a ride?" asked Dom as he turned to Natasha and he snapped her out of her thoughts.

"No, it's alright" said Natasha as Dom was left surprised once again, but he did not show it at all.

"Alright then" said Dom.

"Because I am going to the office, but I can drop you off at home first" said Dom.

"Thank you for your offer, but it is not necessary" said Natasha very coldly.

"I will see you when we pick Joy in the afternoon" said Natasha as she ended their conversation as she walked away without even waiting for him to reply, and she went her way.

"And a goodbye to you too" said Dom as he scoffed, and he just entered into his car.

"Wow she really is in a bad temper" said Dom to himself as he sighed and he started his car, he did not know what was wrong with Natasha at all.
