Chapter 16: Jackie - The Legend

I had a very long chat with Julie on our way to the lab about the stone and its capabilities.

As soon as we got to the lab my mom caught our attention while she was typing on the computer.

She said, “ Perfect timing! I was doing research on the stone and came across an old legend which was dated way back in two thousand bc. According to this there was a tribe who believed that if you sew a scorpion's heart inside a dolphin's heart then it would bring their people ultimate protection from any form of threats. They have apparently created one. They also had a tradition of choosing a protector once every century.”

A heart sewed inside of another heart? Disgusting. A protector every CENTURY? The only person I can think of is Chief Wall. He must be the protector.
