One Month

It's been a whole month since Isac had started working with the general management team. Ever since the personal conversation that Calista and Issc had, they truly kept their words by just working as usual,like proper workmates. Calista was more than relieved and she felt much better after their conversation. She wasn't worried much. She could be herself and do her work without feeling awkward or uncomfortable. It was not that difficult as one had anticipated. How can someone go back to nothing but just coworkers when they just went on an impromptu

blind date? Well things like this definitely can happen. Both of them believed that dwelling on that matter will not do them any good and it was just going to make it hard for the two to work together. Especially when they work in a critical postion where a mistake can lead to huge loss.

Both the individuals understood this fact and they were too busy to dwell on that matter. Calista was a hard working person. She worked really well in the new workplace setting. The manager was more than surprised to see her true potential. He didn't expect Calista to be very efficient that she surpassed almost everyone in that aspect. She was quick and worked meticulously.

After all she needed this job to help her family. Her aim was to get her family settled and all she wished for was their financial stablility. Even though her family did not fully depend on her she wanted to make sure that she'll provide them with a better facilities. This was one of the sole reasons and the only thing that kept her going.

Both Isac and Calista met on multiple occasions to discuss strategies. One can say that they were perfect teammates. They both were efficient and they came up with numerous strategies along with Ms.Martha but Calista's and Isac's chemistry was better when compared to Martha's.

Isac had been noting everyone's performances. He noticed how Calista's performance was consistently improving and she was doing much better that everyone else. He had to appreciate her for her hard work. When he thought about it they really made good teammates and they had a better chemistry while working. He was thinking about a promotion for her but he had to talk to her about it.

It was too soon to talk about promotion and other related matters so he was going to continue observing everyone's performances including Calista's and finally decide on that.
