The moment Confusion was out of Noelle's consciousness a split second later, its teeth which are made of glasses started quivering. It intensified that some of the other broken glass as well started imitating the same thing.

Few teeth were even falling from their places, producing breaking sounds as they did. 

It was a sight to see for Trov, who forced himself to be awake, was left baffled at the scene.

Still, seeing Noelle the only one left for Confusion to eat while not planning on missing free food for it, Trov immediately dragged and was about to throw him into Confusion's mouth when suddenly, it shouted.

In that instant, Confusion started vomiting all the people he had eaten today, starting with Isaac. The rest had come later on.
