Su Yu went over to offer a helping hand.
Uncle Zhang asked, "Lil' Yu, can you do this alone?"
"Uncle Zhang, did you forget? I did carry this wild boar back from the mountains alone yesterday."
Uncle Zhang suddenly realized that the young man did carry the wild boar back alone yesterday. The boy must be strong. Then, he watched Su Yu pull the wild boar by its hind legs and lift it up.
After covering himself in [Dragon Blood] last night, Su Yu had become stronger.
Carrying the wild boar yesterday had felt a little strenuous, but now, lifting the beast felt as easy as drinking and eating.
"Holy mother of cows! It's real! The video is real! He really picked the wild boar up with his bare hands."
"Master Su is really strong! I can't imagine how strong his punch must be!"
"He punched a tiger away! What do you think? I believe even Mike Tyson can't take it."
"What a freaking pro!"
Su Yu trussed the wild boar up, and Uncle Zhang slit its throat with the knife.
Jelly-like blood oozed out from the opening on the neck. Since the wild boar had been dead for a day now, its blood had started to coagulate.
The blood-releasing process was not exactly smooth because the blood was no longer fresh. As such, it was no longer suitable for blood sausages because stale blood would only cause one to suffer from diarrhea the next day.
After the blood was released, Uncle Zhang pumped air into the wild boar's stomach. When the wild boar's body bloated up, the large pot of water that Little White and Big Yellow were stoking also started to boil.
Uncle Zhang told Su Yu to put the wild boar into the boiling water.
"It's time for you to take a warm and comfortable bath!" Uncle Zhang chuckled to himself.
The viewers in the stream heard him and were confused.
"Comfortable? More like a bath of death!"
"Listen, is that something a man should say?"
"Wild boar: Hell is empty because the demons are roaming the earth."
"Hahahaha! ROLF!"
After boiling it for a while, the wild boar's hair softened, and it was ready to be shaved.
Uncle Zhang was skillful with the knife, so the wild boar was shaved clean quickly. He patted the cleaned wild boar and told Su Yu to bring the carcass back up.
Then, he opened up the wild boar's stomach to release the water inside. Because the scene was too gory to be streamed, Su Yu did not show that particular process.
He turned the camera back when the process was over.
After releasing the water from the body, it was ready to be sliced open.
Usually, a butcher would cut a pig or a boar from its head. It would be split in half from the crown before it was cut into smaller pieces.
However, Uncle Zhang decided to start from the tail. He poked the knife deep into the dead wild boar.
"Damn! I suddenly felt chills down my back, or more precisely, my 'hole'."
"Hole is cold! +1"
Halfway slicing through the body, Uncle Zhang's knife got stuck in a piece of backbone. He forcefully pulled it out and checked the blade, only to find a blunt on it.
Uncle Zhang sighed. "Sigh. I forgot to grind the knife, so it's not sharp enough to cut the boar now."
His words reminded Su Yu about the knife that he had gotten for signing in this morning.
"Uncle Zhang, use mine. It's faster."
"A vegetable knife? Is it even sharp enough?"
Uncle Zhang had been butchering pigs and boars for many years, and he always used a cleaver. He had never seen someone cut a pig with a vegetable knife.
The vegetable knife did not seem sharp or big enough, so it was not suitable to cut such a huge piece of meat.
"Why don't you give it a try?" Su Yu said.
Uncle Zhang nodded reluctantly as he took the knife from Su Yu. When he held the knife in his hand, he noticed something unusual. The knife felt heavy despite its appearance.
"Lil' Yu, what knife is this? Where did you buy it from? It's heavy! It's even heavier than the cleaver I use! What is it made of?" Uncle Zhang sized up the knife in astonishment.
The King Kong Knife was silver in color. The handle was made from wood, but it had a delicate pattern carved onto it. The blade was definitely not something one would find in the morning market.
Su Yu said, "A friend of mine is a blacksmith, and he gave it to me as a present."
"I see. This is a good knife! I wonder if it's sharp enough," Uncle Zhang said. Then, he swung the knife at the wild boar, aiming for the same spot where his cleaver had gotten stuck earlier.
He swung the hilt strongly, but to his surprise, it slid through the wild boar like the beast was tofu. The sharpness of the knife surpassed his wildest imagination.
The huge wild boar was like a big pile of clay with the knife. Uncle Zhang did not feel like he was cutting into bone. Instead, he felt like cutting through butter with a hot knife.
A single cut almost sliced the wild boar in half. Uncle Zhang almost lost his balance because he had exerted too much strength in that swing.
Fortunately, Su Yu stepped in and held him back to stop him from falling.
However, the knife slipped from his hand and fell to the ground. The blade of the knife left a deep mark on the ground to Uncle Zhang's shock.
Even the viewers in the stream were astonished.
"Holy f*ck!"
"WTF?"
"Am I seeing this right? It's concrete, right?"
"What knife is that? It's so sharp!"
"It cuts through concrete like mud! Not even the floor can stop it!"
"Wild Boar: HOLY SH*T! Do you need that much power to just cut me into pieces?!"
Shocked, Uncle Zhang stared at the knife on the ground for a few seconds before looking at Su Yu. "Lil' Yu, your knife...it must be a treasured knife!"
Su Yu chuckled awkwardly. "I guess so."
Then, he stepped aside and let Uncle Zhang slice the wild boar.
The head was easily cut into half with the new knife. Then, the ribs were cut into smaller pieces.
Uncle Zhang worked like a tiger with wings with Su Yu's knife in his hands. He cut the ribs and the meat as though he was cutting a cake. With a simple slice, everything fell off easily.
"Dove—for silky smooth hair."
"Is it really that silky smooth?"
"I'm impressed by the knife! Bro, are you selling the knife?"
"It's such a treasured knife. Using it to cut a wild boar is wasteful!"
The viewers felt it was wasteful to use such a precious knife on a wild boar, but Su Yu thought otherwise. A knife was made for cutting, and he was using it to cut stuff like a cup was meant to hold water.
The King Kong Knife was a little too heavy for Uncle Zhang, thus after cutting for a while, his hands got tired and he had to pass the work to Su Yu.
With Uncle Zhang's guidance, Su Yu was able to finish butchering the wild boar before noon.
Uncle Zhang had been a great help, so Su Yu kept the best belly meat and the front legs for him.
Uncle Zhang was a little embarrassed to accept the gifts. "Lil' Yu, you should keep the meat for yourself. We can't finish it ourselves either."
"Uncle Zhang, you've been a great help! This is the least I can repay you, so just take it," Su Yu insisted.
In the end, Uncle Zhang was defeated, and he returned to his house happily with a few kilograms of wild boar meat.
Pork had a short shelf life, and it was summer, so if Su Yu wanted to keep it for a long time, he would need a huge refrigerator. However, buying one online and waiting for the delivery would take too long, so Su Yu planned a trip to the town to buy one immediately.
It was already afternoon when he was done with the wild boar. Su Yu looked at the pile of meat. His lunch has already been decided—wild boar meat!
With his stream on, Su Yu picked a generous piece of ribs and started cooking.
"Guys, we are having grilled wild boar ribs today!"
Before the viewers could respond, Little White and Big Yellow bolted up and sprinted around the yard happily.
Su Yu looked at the dog and snake speechlessly. He did not want to call them good-for-nothing freeloaders, but they were indeed good-for-nothing freeloaders!
