Chapter 23

"I told you I will come back for you" Diana said smiling mischievously.

"Look... What so ever you are planning to do won't work...." Liam said with a straight face.

"Oh come on Liam.... You know you will always be in my heart" Diana said.

"Guess You did not get me well the other time right? Stay away from me and every other thing that has to do with me" Liam replied angrily.

"And who is... This thing with you?" Diana said looking at Cassandra.

"Oh yeah... My girlfriend..." Liam replied with a smile as he looked at Cassandra, and Diana laughed...

"Well... I have other things to do... I will see you later." Diana said and left.

"What a little devil..." Liam said.

Cassandra: "..... "

"You have questions right?" Liam asked when he noticed Cassandra is speechless.

"Questions....." Cassandra repeated. She feel somehow confused.

"Well... She is the daughter of a family friend who betrayed my dad.... His betrayal lead to dad's dead five years ago... I don't know the complete story but I will soon fine out after I graduate from high school." Liam explained.

"Sorry...." Was all Cassandra could say.

"What are you sorry for... huh?" Liam asked with a playful smile.

"Don't be silly..." Cassandra said rolling her eyes and Liam laughed.

"Gabriella...." Diana called out and then hugged Gabriella, but Gabriella pushed her away.

"What are you doing here?" Gabriella asked.

"Well... I know you never liked me... But never mind, I will be a student of this school from next term. Surprised huh? Well at least l can be close to Liam" Diana said and Gabriella slapped her.

"Hey... What's going on here?" James rushed to where the two girls are when he noticed the commotion. He took Gabriella away when none of them replied.

On the last day of the camping week, all the students where having fun. Liam, Cassandra, James Gabriella, David and Jane all snapped a lot of pictures .

"Kate?"Diana said standing next to Kate.

"Yes...?" Kate replied with a slight frown on her face.

"I'm Diana... Liam's long time friend and crush" Diana replied.

"So?...." Kate replied angrily.

"Easy sweetheart.... I know you also like him... But that's totally ok... I just need your help to get rid of Cassandra from his side" Diana said.

Kate looked at her thoughtfully. 'Let's get rid of her together but I promise I won't let you have him...' Kate said inwardly.

"Ok then... I will help you" Kate replied with a mischievous smile.

'Good girl... Help me get rid of her and I will also get rid of you' Diana said inwardly and also smiled mischievously.

Cassandra and Liam were chatting and laughing when all of a sudden Cassandra was called upon to sing on stage.

"You are going to sing and you did not tell me..." Liam said feigning a sad face.

"I wasn't going to... I don't even know how my name got there..." Cassandra said with a confused look. when she turned around she found Kate and Diana looking at her mischievously.

"Liam... I will sing... It's Kate and Diana's plan"Cassandra said turning to Liam.

"Are You sure you can do this?" Liam asked.

"Trust me" Cassandra replied and went to the stage. She took a deep breath.

🎶what will I do without your smart mouth....🎶 she started singing John Legend's song all of me. Everyone was surprised because they never thought she had such an angelic voice...

"Mad... Liam... Your girlfriend's voice is wow..." David said unable to take his eyes off her.

"I swear..." Liam replied without blinking his slightly wide eyes.

"I did not expect her voice to sound this good..." Kate said gaping.

"Me too..." Diana replied.
