Chapter 8: Are we truly free?

So after getting past the kingdom border, everyone was at ease for a little while. They let their minds rest somewhat without worrying about anyone seeing them and mostly Reznor for now anyway. Now a couple of days had past, Ben and Sarah we're getting more acquainted with themselves. Ben decided to be open with Sarah and starts to tell Sarah more about his and Barbara's with Reznor. Right before me and Barbara cross dimensions we were serving your dad King James. And a year before we crossed there was little ball of light that came into the castle. And within a weeks time no one knew what to think for themselves anymore, and things were not making any sense people were getting possessed by this little ball of light. Many people, many of our families and friends were being killed, thanks to this little ball of light. And one last thing that happened was Reznor showed himself to everyone in the castle. And then he held everyone hostage. Me and Barbara gave us ourselves up to stop Reznor from doing anymore killing to make his point get across to everyone. And then your dad was jumping back and forth dimensions to be here and with you and your mom. When he got captured, after he put himself in a comatose state to save his soul and mind so one day you can help him. Five minutes later Barbara is now starting to get messages from King James. He states that he will for now on will be in communication with the three of them since now there outside of the kingdom border. He also states that they have a lot of work to do. Sarah thinks to herself that she would have to double the work as well just to save her dad. Sarah got a separate message from her dad saying that they will have plenty of time to talk but for now she needs to stay focus and help Ben and Barbara. After her dad left her that message she said to herself "love you dad." And she knew he heard her. Getting back to business Sarah asked Barbara "What is the plan now?" Barbara says that we have to go the village called "Sadan" and look for wizard named "Jacob" he should help us for dealing with Reznor.

But it's not going to be easy. There will creature out there that serve Reznor that is a shapeshifter. Barbara had shown Sarah and Ben a picture that James had provided for them. The picture had shown a creature that looked human but there some major differences. This creature has three eyes on the top of his head, six fingers on each hand. And its sensitive spot is his stomach which where all of his power comes from. And this is more of a hidden hole. Now with all this info the group has all it needs to use while traveling to Sadan. Ben, Sarah, and Barbara all decided to look for food and make dinner, and call it a night and get rested up for a whole day of traveling to Sadan. Waking up bright and early and eating the leftovers that they had from dinner the night before. The three of them started of on their journey to Sadan. Walking for a few hours and not stopping for awhile also running out of snacks and water. They started fill faint and weak, there was something stirring around them. Not exactly sure what was going on, they had been in the sun all day and their telepathic powers was messing with their minds too so no one really sure what was going on at the time. And within the next five minutes one by one they all past out on the ground. And when the last person hit the ground all of a sudden a mysterious person came out from the bushes that had surrounded Ben, Barbara, and Sarah. And this person made a call to someone to tell them that the three of them were past out and it was ok to take them. And just like that all of them were magically taken away. So the next morning Ben,Barbara,and Sarah had awaken up and we're totally shocked about where there at. There was clothes, food and beverages for them to have. Getting up totally feeling fresh, and well rested, also very hungry and thirsty. Eating for a few minutes and then all there thoughts were all over the place. James had said to them all "I'm glad you guys had made it safely." At the time that they acknowledged that it was James that had said that to them, here came a man that didn't come up on Ben, Barbara, or Sarah's telepathic radar so at first they we're scared thinking that this was one of Reznor's trick to trap them but he had introduced himself to them as Jacob and insured them that they had made it to Sadan.
