Chapter 2: What makes Ben Tick

So Sarah is very anxious so she took Ben's offer she accepted Ben's friend request on Facebook, and she responded to the email as well by responding "How can I help you?" And the next message said: "I'll find you." So later on that morning Sarah meets up with her mother to go to the hospital to find out more about her father. So as soon Sarah and her mom get to the hospital, the doctor calls them both to his office to them what he knows for now. So he cuts to the chase by saying that he is very lucky that he is more in a stable condition now then what he was. He was in very critical condition. He is now in a comatose state now we're have to keep him under very close watch now. Every second counts now from him going into the next step. And Stephanie (Sarah's mom) steps up and starts to yell at the doctor. "You must help him PLEASE!!" So after that very emotional discussion with the doctor Stephanie and Sarah decided to stay at the hospital for the day to at least see him through out the day and yet find more news about what's going with James (Sarah's dad). So through out the day they have been sitting around in the waiting room waiting, reading all the magazines that they can get there hands on. In and out of the gift shop now getting novels to read and to keep there minds occupied. And also they are going through packs and packs of cigarettes. If I didn't know any better I would think they went through at least two cartons of cigarettes!! So while all this has been going on through out the day and night, there has been a lot of the same thing going on with Ben as well with his sister. His sister was in serious condition as well being in a car accident and her doctor has to perform surgery on her immediately. She surffered head trauma from the car accident. Barbara (Ben's sister) and Ben are very close to one another, Ben contacts his parents to let them know that Barbara is going to have surgery now he asked if they could present during her surgery. They came straight over to be with Ben in his time of need. Now with all this going on in the hospital between Sarah and Ben they kinda have been communicating back and forth with one another amazingly through telepathy with them knowing about it. So when Ben starts texting her through Facebook Messenger about her dad she wasn't alarmed by it and seemed not to mind or care she felt like they've been talking back and forth all day.

But also Sarah has been getting a lot conflicting conversation through out the day and don't know who or what they are as well. So after going through this all day her and her mother decided to finally call it a night and went home. And now all this going on and with new information as well from Ben. Sarah is totally confused with everything. But yet she knows nothing about Ben. So Sarah came up with a random idea to meet up with him and get some information from him. So Ben has also been through a lot today as well. Barbara had a successful surgery but yet Barbara was not out of the woods yet. So her doctors had said that she had to stay in the hospital for a little bit of time to make sure that her recovery goes as well as expected. With that now being said and done Ben thought he could rest assure but yet Ben's parents has been hard on him about watching over her. Barbara has this problem with being a little reckless with her decisions and her actions. And his parents want Ben to take extra time to watch her. But also Ben and Barbara are far more important than anyone knows. So Ben knew that he had to keep help from somewhere, and someone to help him and Barbara out. So when Ben got the text from Sarah he had to decline her invitation to meet up tonight. He was so tired and drained from being in the hospital all day and his parents as well. So after a good long sleep Ben wakes up feeling refreshed so he decided to take Sarah up with her offer to meet up with her. So they decided to meet up at a cafe around the corner from the hospital to talk for the first time. Now even when they spoke to each other in their dreams they never actually revealed what they look like in the dreams. So when Ben arrives at the cafe Sarah was already there chilling drinking her favorite latte. And Ben ordered a coffee black no sugar or cream. So Ben was a little at ease while Sarah was on edge. So they were both a little nervous to meet each other. After they started talking and broke the ice between each other. They both found out that they have family in the same hospital. Right off the bat these two started to catch feelings for one another. But also Ben also found out that Sarah could also help him as well. Time was running short for both of them they both needed to be at the hospital. So they both decided to make more plans with one another to see and find out what makes both of them tick. But also Sarah has a feeling about him and it made her more curious about him so she decided to stay a few extra minutes in the cafe got on her phone to google him to find out more info about Ben.
