"Do you have it?" A shadowed figure, wearing a suit asked in the dark room lit only by a single lamp. They crossed their arms as their aura-filled eyes glowed.

"Of course, it was a hassle getting this information. But money is money." Another shadowed figure appeared, wearing a sleazy jacket and holding a brown envelope. He waved around the object as if it was nothing important. "Why did you want info on this kid, specifically? I mean he's nothing special other than his ability."

"Were you paid to be asking questions?" The other figure crushed the wooden table, the informant held his breath and placed down the envelope. "Good." The man picked up and opened the envelope, revealing its contents.

"...Was this the best picture you could've got? A picture of him as a first-year?" The suited person asked coldly, sharpness in their voice. "Y-Yes, that principal of his increased their security in-campus." The informant replied.

"Very well..." The person continued reading.

Appearance: Cyan hair and gold eyes, striking a similar to his older brother Rei.

His need for a hilt to activate his main form of attack is a weakness to be exploited.

Personality: A slightly altruistic person, yet by no means a Gary Stu. He helps around in his community, but other than that vigilantism is unlikely. Raised by an Elite-tier mother with morals stemming from the trauma that "Mama Lightning" experienced while she was younger, growing up to be a decent person.
