Back To Thievery

Back To Thievery

Cameron, Katherine and Evlen were sat on the floor playing a game of cards. Cameron had about two aces up his sleeve and was ready to win the entire game when Evlen came out of nowhere with a secret card that set Cameron back by three cards.

"This game is rigged." Cameron complained.

"You're just bad at the game dumpshit, except it and move on with your life already." Katherine pointed.

"Now you see me personally, I wouldn't stand for such disrespect." Evlen added.

"She's being disrespectful now, but when push comes to shove she'll be crying over in my direction."

Katherine giggled, "That's rich coming from the boy who was mad at his teacher for blaming him for talking."

"She had no right to blame me! I didn't do anything wrong!"

"Okay Cameron, okay." Evlen calmed her cousin down.

"I'm just saying that it was unfair that she blamed me for something that I didn't even do, like come on now!"

"Dumpshit relax..."

"How would you like it if someone just blamed you for something you didn't even do? I was quiet the whole time because that's what she wanted from me last time, but clearly she can't handle me being good for even a second because she is-"

"Okay Shut Up Now!" Katherine exclaimed.

"Right sorry." Cameron apologised.

"He's going to be more mad when he loses again, because I can see that you're on that path." Evlen noted.

"What-"

Cameron noticed how he had about seven cards and both Evlen and Katherine had less than three.

"I need the bathroom!" Cameron exclaimed loudly.

"Number what?"

Cameron got up, "One, two and three." He told as he sprinted to the bathroom.

"One, two and three?" Katherine repeated.

"He's a weird kid isn't he?" Evlen asked.

"Very weird, I heard that they dropped him when he was a baby."

"So much about him explained in mere seconds."

Cameron locked the bathroom door and when he was sure the coast was clear, he activated the Omnitrix. He rotated through his aliens until he stopped at Static-Brain. He lifted his palm and slammed it down onto the dial.

A green energy covered the area. A metallic build built out from his chest travelling up his body and to his back where wings were pulled out.

"Micromech?" Cameron questioned in his robotic man voice. "How the hell am I supposed to win a game of cards with this guy in use."

Micromech shrunk down into pea size and flew out the bathroom using the small gap in the key hole. Micromech flew near Katherine checking out her cards and then moved over to Evlens cards.

"You guys have an interesting relationship to be honest with you."

"We do... The relationship can be annoying sometimes, but we love it."

"Speak for yourself." Micromech whispered.

"I wish Spencer and I had what you two have?" Evlen revealed.

"I thought you guys were like super mega close with one another."

"Nope, he's always on his laptop doing some lame research... I just wish that laptop would break or something then maybe we could spend more time with one another."

"Your wish is my command." Micromech said with a snarky laugh.

Micromech flew out the room using the key hole and traveled through the halls of their living area searching for Spencer's laptop.

He tracked down the room and entered through the key hole. Micromech found himself in Spencer and Evlens room and it didn't take him long to find the laptop. It was on the bed charging.

"I've got the details of this guy, so hacking robotic stuff shouldn't be hard when I'm able to enter through the cyber stuff."

Micromech pulled out the charger cored and the laptop started malfunctioning a small bit. The laptop started going through multiple system loads and entering random files, one of the files that intrigued Mucromech was the file that wrote letter.

"His laptop was hacked, explains why he's always working on it, his trying to fix this issue. Might as well read this persona-"

Without having him press it, the laptop switched to a message of a blank mask on the screen.

' Deliver me the mask... It's located in the room of your least favourite cousins, I'm in the forest when that job is done thi- '

The message deleted and the texts 'Mission complete' appeared on the screen. Micromech without thinking anything through shot fired out the window breaking the glass.

[ Forest ]

Micromech flew into the forest searching for Spencer.

"When did he have time to take the mask?" Micromech thought to himself.

Micromech flew through the forest swiftly avoiding the trees and branches that were appearing in his vision. He planned on taking a left, but when he heard a suspicious sound he had to take a right.

The mini made alien continued flying through the forest searching for Spencer now following the sound patterns he heard.

"Was Spencer at the dinner? I don't think he was." The watch started flashing between green and white. "Darn it, I didn't even find a clue yet."

The watch exploded out a green flash and then being hurdled from out that flash was Cameron who went rolling into a tree.

"Fuck... I have to remember to stop moving before timing out because that hurt as fuck!"

Cameron lifted himself up and dusted off the dirt that was on his black pajama top. He cringed a bit at the feeling of the soil touching his socked feet.

Cameron quickly shook this off before continuing on his search. He walked for about a minute with his phone in flash mode.

Just when Cameron thought he found a clue which were Spencer's glasses, the forest started moving around him.

"This definitely isn't normal..." Cameron thought to himself as he hid behind a tree after seeing a shadowy figure. "Let's try to get a perfect view of this figure.'

Cameron took a small peak at the shadowy figure and raised his flashlit phone at it. The figure revealed itself to be Spencer, but with the mask on his face and covered in vines from the tree.

"Spencer what the fuck did you do to yourself?"

Spencer raised his arm and a bunch of vines pushed out after Cameron who jumped back. He pressed save on the video and then went into his texting app.

He sprinted to the right then he sent the video of his entire experience over to Katherine.

➜ Dormitory Resort

Katherine and Evlen were standing outside the bathroom door where they believed Cameron was in when Katherine got a text from her half brother.

"Speak of the devil." She said opening the text.

Katherine watched the entire video and needless to say was shocked out her life. She obviously didn't want to show Evlen the video, but since she practically knew about the supernatural nonsense their family is related with she thought why not.

Evlen watched the video from start to end and with tears almost swelling down from her eyes. Without even questioning how Cameron was able to film this she tackled the door down and sprinted out.

Katherine sent a message that wrote 'coming' and then chased after Evlen. The commotion was obviously able to gain the attention of the other teens.
