As the days went by she successfully completed her diploma and tried for Graduation seat in the named University however, she missed the chance for the admission because of caste, as In India they not only see marks but the caste also if the caste is lower then they would get the seat, because of that system Nikitha did not get the seat, she felt lower for one day.

But because of her brother who she met after her brothers funeral supported her and told that if not this time they try again, so she took break from studies and enjoyed with her family members, she also got closer to the brother from the relations whom she met after her brothers funeral she would sometimes go to his home his wife also treated her with love, her brother have 2 daughters she used to visit them weekly twice or thrice, for playing with her nieces. It became a habit to her, she treated her both neices very nicely like her own daughters.

This went on, suddenly from one day, her brother started misbehaving with her when plays with her neices, he used to touch her inappropriately, she asked him why he is doing that, he refused to accept his mistake, this went on for 1-2 weeks, having no patience to bear with his nuisance, she warned him that if he misbehaves with her again she would tell all the family members, his wife and her brothers, he neglected her warning, One day all the family members went to a party only, Nikitha is in home, her brother got to know that she is alone and went to her home, after reaching her home, he misbehaved with her, he crossed the limits, he tried to rape her, she tried to escape from him.
