chapter 47 : mission gone wrong ( part 1 )

In that place, everyone feel the pressure that was given by the man as he focus his power to pressure the girl who seem unfazed by the power of the man emitting.

"Is he crazy, releasing such power to test her, isn't this too much, ?"

"Is not, this mission can be classified as an S-class in the adventure guild, one that can take live, so is for the good of the girl as well," say am man who has green dark hair with black eye as he look at stella who wasn't even slighty shiver by the power of one of the strongest knight in the naval kingdom.

"I come here to finish my mission, and i'm not going to back down," say stella as she also unleased her power that overwhelm the power of the man.

"Wow, what is that, is she really just a teenager,"

'She manage to overwhelm gran power with even bigger power and in top of that she doesn't seem to be tired at all,' though the man with dark green hair as he also shiver from the power stella emitting before the both of the power vanished like nothing happen, making the other sigh in relief cause they can breath easily now.

"I see, i apalogize for making a unnecessary action," say the man to stella, "my name is gran grandine, one of the lancer of this kingdom and the leader of this mission," say gran to stella.

"Stella auburt, i'm the bodyguard of the duke arbento that was choosen to complete this mission with you all, is nice to meet you," say stella as she introduce herself to the other knight who show her a warm welcome into the group.

After all of them are assembles, gran order the group to ride the carriage as they was ready to go to the dwarf kingdom, where their destination is.

After a while on the road, they decide to go to take a rest as they make a tend.

"So, what do you think, ?" Ask the knight with green dark haid to gran who doesn't look at him, though he already got an idea about what they talking about.

"She a monster, that one thing i can say for sure," say gran to his fellow knight.

"But, you can defeat her right, ?" Ask him as he has confident in his friend that he can defeat a kid like her.

"Honestly even in my prime i doubt that i can even laid a single finger on her," say gran as he touch his chest that feel a little hurt, the wound that he got from his battle in the war 7 years ago hasn't recover.

"Are you alright, ? Does your wound still hurt, ? Maybe in the first place we should take this mission," say the person who look worried at gran who only smile as he shook his head.

"This will be my last mission as one of the lancer of naval kingdom, i want to do something that can help the other even if it just a little, before i retire," say gran as he remember the scene that happen a few moment ago when he feel stella strength that was overwhelming him.

"You right about that, but this mission is diffrent since we doesn't know about what inside that cave, all of other people who went there to check, never comeback, that the reason why it classified as an S-class mission," say the green hair man to gran as they keep talking until their shift is over.

A few days later their group have arrive at the entrance of the cave.

'So this is the place,' though gran as he look at the other who seems to have no problem and was ready to enter the cave.

"Alright, let's go," as gran command, one by one they quickly enter the cave, as they walk even furthur they saw a lot of gems and precious mineral, some even tempting to brought it with them but they refrain themself as they need to finish their mission soon.

'This cave is almost the same the one we found 7 years ago,' though stella as she remember about the hidden gems cave that was found by her and the archduchess, but as she look around ceiling, the amount of the gems that she found in this cave is still not enough compare to what she found.

As they go even furthur they encounter a lot of monster that was easily kill by gran who swing his spear and thrust the monster like jelly.

'So far so good, the monster we encounter is not really at a high level,' though gran as he continue thrust the monster that was blocking the path, they continue to explore the cave until a few hour later when they decide to rest, since they have been fightning a lot of monster that coming through their path.

"Ah, thank you so much," say one of the knight who was healed by stella.

"Tell me if there is another injured, i quickly healed it," say stella to him as he join the other while stella itself went to other knight who got injured as well from fighting the monster.

After they recover from their exhaustiation, they continue to explore as they arrive in front of a giant door.

"Everyone, stay on guard," as gran say every knight as well as stella pull out their weapon as they open the door revealing a field in front of them.

"What, a field,"

"Is unusual for this kind of thing appear in here,"

"Captain, do we need to explore it, ?" Ask one of the knight to gran who look at the field before making a decision.

"We have to explore it, this place might be where the other people before us went missing," say gran as he emter the field as well as the other knight who follow gran.

Since the field was really wide they decide to make a team to explore with stella on the same team with gran, and the other 2 knight, while the other team explore in a different kind of place where stella and the other explore.

"Hey, look there," say the knight on the other team who saw a man laying down on the ground.

"Quick, check him, is he still alive," say one of them as they approach the man to check her pulse, and the person who look sigh in relief since the person is still alive.

"Ah.. ahh..." say the man who look about to wake up.

"Thank goodness you alright," say the knight as they didn't notice a creature was looking at them and approaching them.

"R-run," say the person who was laying on the ground with his eye widen, whe the other feel something behind their back as they look up, before they scream in terror.
