after that incident, emile propose to them to go inside the carriage so they can leave this place, as soon as possible, for he fear that the blood of the wolf they just slay will attract other monster to come to this place.
the other agree and grab stella with them and went inside the carriage, while emile drive the horse to escape the place, they sit facing with each other, while sophia is trying to control herself from jumping to touch and feel stella soft and comfy tail.
"ahem, miss stella, what exactly are you doing in the forest, ?" ask barton, who trying to ease the atmosphere, though he's not gonna say he's a little suspicious about what a little girl doing in the forest alone.
"well, i was planning to go the naval kingdom, looking for a place to live and look for a job," say stella, who show no hint of lying.
she only grab a few gold coin from inside the merchant treasure inside her bag, so she can only assume that money can help her last for a few month, so she need to figure it out a way to earn money.
"where is your guardian, ?" ask barton again.
"he died," say stella with no hint of hesitation, if that merchant count as a guardian, the he's good as dead.
"i see, i'm sorry about that," say barton with apologize tone, looking slightly guilty from the look is his eye.
"it's okay," say stella who reasurring him, honestly she doesn't remember anything about her parent, so she assume they were dead, or what else can she explain how she ended up in slavery.
"so stella, how about live with us, ?" say sophia to stella, who give her an idea to live with them, after hearing that stella need a place to stay.

"yeah, i mean, you said before that you need to place to live right, so how about my house, i can also ask dad, to hire you as my maid, so how about that," say sophia to stella, who think that was a good idea.
furthermore there's no one in her father mantion that had someone on her age, so sophia think that good oppurtunity for her to gain some friend.
"i think that a good idea, i talk to father as well," say barton, who give a full support to her sister idea about hiring stella as maid.
earlier when she said that her parent were dead make barton feel pity about the brown fox girl, she still a child heck maybe around her sister age, so it make him worried about what the little girl going to do in the kingdom, without any guardian and money, especially after their encounter in the forest.
"so how about it stella, will you come with us," say sophia who at that time look at stella with a puppy dog eye and a pout, and after a few second stella just sigh and went along with it.
"all right i come with you guys, but are you sure, i don't think that i can be a maid you know, i don't know anything about serving people," say her to them who sophia jump at stella happily and hug her.
"don't worry we can ask our father, to ask the head butler, to train you," say barton, who already figure out the solution.
"i see, then please treat me well from now on," say stella to them who also at that time.
"we also, please take care of us," say the sibling.
at night emile start making for preperation to cook dinner with stella offer her help to cook, say that as a thank you for allowing her to ride with them.
'is a good thing the ingredient is the same like in the earth, or else i have to start learning again,' though stella who start cooking.
"alright is finish," say stella who finish their dinner and hand over them to barton, sophia, and emily who at that time sitting in th fire camp, and enjoy their dinner together.
in the middle of the night, while the other is already sleeping, stella look into her stat after her leveling up earlier, she didn't do it in front of them, cause she doesn't want them to notice her.

'what should i do, ? should i evolve, but i don't know what kind of transformation will i get if i decide to evolve,' though stella who at that time, look at the sleeping face of her new friend, and remember the event that happen sometime ago, if she doesn't arrive on time, what will happen to them.

'well, i guess i have to work hard to raise it's level then,' though stella who decide to buy a new set of skill especially since she has a lot of point now, but stop when she felt an enormous amount of hunger from her stomach.

'guess i have a fast breakfast then,' though stella who at that time gone from carriage to get some food for her to eat, and she mean a lot.
meanwhile after a few hour, barton and sophia wake up from their sleep to find stella already awake and gone out from the carriage.
"emile do you know where stella when, ?" barton ask the knight who at that time prepare a breakfast for them.
"yes, she said she was hungry so a few minutes ago, she went to the forest to bring some meat to eat," say emile who saw stella running as fast a possible to the forest, with her two tail behind her back.
"eh, but i though she ate a lot yesterday," say sophia to emile who only chuckle.
"well she won't be so hungry if not for her evolution though," say emile to them.
"evol what, ?" ask sophia.
"evolution miss, is something happen to a beastman when they complete a certain criteria, after the evolution the beastman will become really hungry since they use a lot of energy to reform their body, just like what happen to miss stella," emile explain to sophia and barton who nod their head and start eating their breakfast while waiting for stella to comeback to continue their journey to naval kingdom.
