Chapter 64

MEERA'S POV

If anyone had asked me if something was going on between Rohit and Sonia, I'd have said not possible but after I watched her get down on her knees in front of him begging; I wasn't sure what to think anymore. 

Rohit didn't push Sonia away the way he had pushed me but instead, he just passed by her side acting as if she had some virus. I waited for him to leave and then I approached Sonia who was still kneeling on the floor. I offered her my hand and she took it sending me a small smile. She stood up and sniffed before looking up at me. 

I was mesmerized by how sharp her eyes looked. It was one of the first things I had noticed about her when she bumped into me-actually I had bumped into her. She had a smile that could stop time and maybe at some point in her life she had stopped time in Rohit's world. I sighed and willed myself to not ponder on things I knew nothing about.
