Chapter 53

"What's happening here?" Selena Vans always knew how to show up in places she wasn't invited to. She have been staring at them for a while, finding the perfect time to approach them. 

"Selena, you are still here?" Freddie smiled at her and walked closer trying to wrap his hands around her waistline. To his surprise, Selena stylishly pushed him away and then stood beside Julian.

"Smooth." Freddie muttered to himself noticing that Selena was onto Julian. 

"I will just seat with Lola." He walked away giving them privacy.

"I see you are legally married to Lola." Selena asked Julian.

"Why wouldn't I be?" He responded.

"I'm sorry, but I thought she is a contracted wife." Selena asked him again.

"I think we cleared that out at the designer's place? Myself and Lola dated for a while before we announced our engagement." Julian coughed and looked away.

"I see, then why was I asked to marry you?"
