it started.......

I twirl the glass of red wine, sipping it slowly while listening to Una Voce Poco Fa on the classic music player.

"Jordan Please listen to me!

"How am I supposed to accept the fact that you didn't turn out to be who you said you were!

"I'm sorry I lied to you okay! I know I did wrong so just stop and listen to me"

"What crap Should I listen to again! it turns out everything about you was a f**king lie!

"I didn't mean to for Christ sake Jordan "

I brought the wine close to my nose before taking another sip as flash backs from the previous night kept replaying inside my head. A soft laugh escape from my mouth, but it was neither blissful or joyous one but rather it was a torturous one. I felt emotions inside me, hot emotions and it drove me crazy. tears stream down from my eyes down to my cheeks, I felt suffocated and it felt like the world was spinning around me, pointing fingers at me and laughing. Voices of my family replayed in my head; "You're a failure Hera "

"I should have never Expected successful things from you. you're a failure and you'll remain a failure Hera"

that's right. that's my f**king name "Hera" a goddess but was I really a goddess or a failure. I smiled sadly before sipping the wine again. I stood up from the couch then walked to the city view window and watch the city lights.

"si belle" I muttered softly as tears flow down while sitting on the window trail. The glass of wine fell out from my hand and broke into pieces, the music stopped and I felt gentle breeze caressing my face, my eyes closed, my breathing steady and my thoughts wonder how I ended up like this. But first let me tell you a story. A story of BELLA or should I say Hera...

She had a voice like rose petals, soft and sweet. cool and soothing. a kind that warms the heart. Her tawny eyes were large and long and it fits her angles, curve shaped face that was glowing with excitement. The waiter quickly brought their order to the table, after setting it down , he left.

" Carlos you know I've missed you a lot" her eyes danced exotically at her companion. Blonde, tailored and green eyes with lips to go with his masculine face.

"I know". Sipping his beer slowly, he used his left hand to cover hers that lean on the table. He dropped the beer glass on the table and stare intensely at her.

tension catapulted through her while she smiled. She had always felt this feeling whenever he stared at her. A kind that screams 'Kiss me , hot and passionately'. And he knew it. he had the power to push all the right button to make her deep ocean blue eyes dance with nervousness but to him she was no longer interesting again. he had lost interest in her and he was about to tell her. Throughout five years of dating her, he became bored and tired of her and had replaced her with someone beautiful, Interesting and most of all fresh.

"listen Hera, I don't know how I should tell you this." His hand left hers and slide down the table.

"tell me what" her lips curved a little to show the Faint of dimples that plastered on her cheeks.

he drank his beer then stared at her eyes " I'm sorry but we just can't be together anymore. I'm getting married"

shock came first, then panic, followed by Anger. heat flowed into her system as tears was at it's brink to pour. A dignified lady like her mother told her, do not go crying in public just because they broke her heart. Decided to be Classy to the core, her lips curved into a smile but it didn't reached her eyes.

"Well a surprise, congratulations and you decided to tell me now.." her voice became edgy

"listen, our parents set the wedding date a year ago and I couldn't do anything about it because... because.."

"She's more attractive than me " She completed the sentence for him.

"it's not like that"

"Then what is! " her voice rose nearly to it's peak but she regain her facade. "Five years of my life! Carlos five years of my f**king life with you and now what? you're getting married" her voice was low now and shaky. she was fighting back the tears, the anger and most of all she was fighting the PAIN.

"Then what the hell do you want me to do! You just became too predictable, everything you did no longer interest me infact you no longer interest me Hera. You suffocate me and this 3 months away from you was the best thing that happened to me. I felt f**king free for the first time in 5 years !" there was anger in his eyes, in his voice. he never meant to raise his voice at her or did he mean to say those harsh word to her. he wanted to end things peacefully but clearly it wasn't working out. " I'm sorry, I didn't mean to shout at you"

I'm no longer interesting.. Wow it's okay I get it. I wish you a nice life" she picked up her clutch. " In Hell" She walked outside. Carlos trailed behind her " Hera wait"

"What else do you want Carlos" she snapped out him as he blocked the door of her car, refusing to let her get in.

"I'm sorry I said that okay just don't take this the hard way"

"Hard way? do u think there's an easy route in breakup! Here I was thinking about forever while u thought otherwise but in the end I'm alone while you're gonna have your forever with another girl but Carlos listen." She wipe the tears that flowed down, now she was crying and she hate it, she hate for him to see her like this. " I wish this never happened, us never happened.. I wish I never met you" She shove him out of the way, got into her car and drove off.
