**Chapter 77: Start Setting Up!**

After completing the treatment, Reiki was eager to continue training. The feeling of solid chakra accumulation and a well-toned physique was intoxicating.

"Reiki, Nozuki, Shisui!" A familiar voice interrupted his thoughts.

"Brother Minato?" Reiki turned, astonished to see the handsome blond with his trademark spiky hair. "What brings you here so early?"

As a grand disciple of the Third Hokage, it seemed unusual for Minato to visit the Uchiha clan so casually.

"Tsunade-sama is back. I need to discuss the joint mission with you in detail," Minato replied, his tone all business.

"Understood." Reiki glanced back at Obito. "I'll leave it to you. This is your territory."

With that, he departed with Minato, leaving Obito and the others to their training.

"Ah ha ha! Sure enough, the boss still trusts me the most!" Obito laughed, feeling empowered by Reiki's confidence.

He turned to the others. "For the rest of the training, just follow my rhythm… Kakashi, what do you want to do?"

"Are you serious, Obito? You can't be that clueless…" Kakashi replied, already bracing for whatever chaos might ensue.

---

At the Senju Clan, behind Tsunade's modest courtyard, she sat, exuding a commanding presence as the three of them approached her.

"Teacher," they greeted in unison.

"Alright, this isn't a particularly difficult task, but you guys seem too happy about it," Tsunade remarked, a hint of dissatisfaction in her tone. She had her reservations about the mission but felt obliged to oversee her students.

If she hadn't returned, Reiki and his friends would be assigned to the mission anyway, potentially leaving them at the mercy of Sarutobi Hiruzen or the troublesome Kato Dan.

"Tsunade-sama, I've given you the information about the mission," Minato said, sensing the tension and making a strategic exit.

After all, this was Tsunade. Once she was riled up, no one was safe from her wrath.

"Kurenai, Shizune, can you prepare lunch?" Reiki asked the two women as they returned.

"Reiki, are you hungry?" Shizune asked, her eyes wide.

"Brother, you're always hungry…" Kurenai added, exchanging a knowing glance with Shizune.

As they disappeared into the kitchen, Reiki turned his attention back to Tsunade. "Teacher, is there something you need to tell us?"

He sensed that something about the mission didn't sit right with him. The assignment involved going to the Land of Rain to strengthen their alliances, yet the kingdom was stable, and their presence felt unnecessary.

"Do you still not know why?" Tsunade said with a mix of exasperation and amusement. "Okay, your move. What do you have to say?"

Reiki shrugged, acknowledging her frustration. His talent was undeniable, but his tendency to overthink situations often set him apart.

"Teacher, you understand me well," he said, producing a scroll from his pocket. "I've come across some information regarding the First Hokage."

"Grandfather?" Tsunade's confusion was palpable as she opened the scroll.

As she read, her breath hitched, and her expression turned serious.

"Teacher, please don't be angry just yet," Reiki reassured her. "I wouldn't bring this up unless it were crucial. Let's secure our objectives first, and then we can discuss it."

He moved closer to Tsunade, channeling calming chakra to help steady her emotions.

"I see," she finally responded. "Reiki, this is the mission's specific information. You handle the arrangements. I'll be back before you leave."

Without another word, Tsunade vanished.

"Teacher…" Reiki mused, watching her go.

"Reiki, can you not have discussions that I don't understand?" Shisui asked, exasperated. He had a rough idea of what was happening but felt lost nonetheless.

Nozuki stood silently, still trying to process Tsunade's abrupt departure.

"We're not strong enough to get involved in our teacher's affairs," Shisui remarked. "We'll focus on our own training."

"Shisui, Nozuki," Reiki said, turning to them. "This is the mission information for our upcoming assignment. Take a look."

As he handed over the scroll, Shisui's face lit up, and Nozuki's excitement was infectious.

"Being part of this mission shows the village recognizes us!" Shisui exclaimed, his resolve strengthening. He was determined to help mend relations between the Uchiha clan and Konoha.

"Although we worked well together before, we still need to improve," Reiki stated. "I'll focus on learning that powerful illusion technique. Nozuki, you should enhance your support capabilities."

"What about you, Reiki?" Shisui asked, a curious look crossing his face.

"Put your training on hold for now," Reiki replied, handing Shisui another scroll. "Can you take me with you to participate in this mission?"

"Um? Are you serious?" Shisui raised an eyebrow.

"If I don't expose myself, I can go," Reiki confirmed.

"Alright," Shisui agreed, taking the scroll and disappearing in a flash.

Meanwhile, Nozuki was still lost in thought until Shizune called them to lunch.

---

At the Uchiha clan, Shisui approached Uchiha Fugaku, holding the scroll Reiki had entrusted to him.

"Is this what Reiki asked you to give me?" Fugaku inquired, raising an eyebrow at the scroll.

"Yes," Shisui nodded.

"Very well," Fugaku replied, his eyes gleaming with approval. "You did well, Shisui. From now on, you'll participate in this mission. It will provide valuable training."

Fugaku handed him a temporary ID from the Security Department.

The significance of the mission weighed on Shisui; it was not just another task but a potential turning point in the ongoing tension between the Uchiha and the village.

"Keep this safe," Fugaku instructed. "This incident might signal a change, especially coming from Tsunade."

Shisui felt a surge of determination. This mission could alter their fate, and he was ready to play his part.
