"What are the people from the Security Department doing here?" Shisui asked, curious.
"Didn't you hear? The owner of this store was arrested not long ago. They suspected him of being a spy," Fugaku replied.
"A spy!?" Shisui was taken aback.

As Fugaku's words sank in, not only Togashi but the gathered ninjas were taken aback. This was not the Uchiha they knew—arrogant and unyielding. To see them apologize publicly was a shock.
