In the year 2012, when you were ten, Arthur went to the alternate world to investigate that world's version of Maria Higashikata, Josuke's mother. He, like with you, experimented on that world's son. However, for some reason, the entire royal family of the Aswang Dynasty was killed by non-other than the Reverse-Flash.

How come?

He was paid by Maria Higashikata to kill them off as per the instruction of Jobin Higashikata, her older brother. Why? Because they were working for The Monster Emperor's father, Bernardo Brando, who believed that his son is the rightful Emperor, having the spade birthmark on the back of his head. He believed that the Aswang Dynasty had stolen his son's birthright, and sought to kill the royal family. All but one member were killed. The last member had his Stand awaken from within his body

Arthur actually fought against Jobin Higashikata, but failed and went back to our world in stitches.

In 2026, Maria and Jobin's allies killed your mother. They were four people...

Bernardo Salvi. Dead. You killed him.

Miguel's eyes went serious as his pupils contracted.

"However, Salvi got impulsive and decided to think that he was the one to achieve Heaven and rule the world, believing that he owes his adoptive father, Kars, gratitude. He believed in something that goes beyond himself, fighting for a bigger cause. It did not align with fate. So, as punishment by true fate, you destroyed him.

Miguel's eyes quivered once more and went teary. His expression hardened, however.

"The identity of the Monster Emperor?

He's two people.

Jobin Higashikata and Gio Brando. Yes. Gio Brando is in fact the true Monster Emperor and they weren't wrong at all. You just slid it off as some myth... But Gio was the Monster Emperor... and the prophecy is real.

And we need to stop him before he tries to destroy reality all at once to summon the Made in Heaven Event.
