Applying Medicine

When the sun rise, Yu Yan slowly opened her eyes. The light from the window fell on her face as she gazed at the ceiling. It was still an unfamiliar view, but she remembered faster than yesterday that she was now married to Long Ying.

Slowly, Yu Yan sat up and looked at the side. Long Ying was no longer there, probably had left for morning practice?

Just as she thought about it, the door opened and Long Ying entered with a box in his hand. He arched his eyebrows. "Morning, Yan'er."

"Ah, good morning, Long Ying." Yu Yan smiled. Her eyes landed on the box. "That's…?"

"Some medicine for your face. How's your back?" Long Ying put the box on the table and walked to his wife. Her face was no longer as swollen as it was in yesterday and the mark could no longer be seen that much unless one paid close attention.

Yu Yan grinned. "It's better. Don't worry, I heal fast since we used to get involved in fights in the past."

Long Ying raised his hand and poked Yu Yan's forehead. "What are you talking about? We're not getting involved in fights, we're just punishing the bullies."

And how could those high school students fight well? Long Ying was only teaching them a lesson along with Yu Yan when he finally got permission to fight back but still not allowed to use his real capabilities.

If he did, those students back then might have ended in hospital for half a year.

Without hesitation, she rushed to the bathroom, feeling extremely embarrassed. It didn't dawn to her that she would pay attention to her appearance this much but she did want to look her best in front of Long Ying.

Long Ying, who didn't understand how women's mind works, just shook his head when he saw Yu Yan rushed to the bathroom. He patted the bed, where Yu Yan had just lied down just now, with a smile on the corner of his lips. It was still warm and her smell lingered.

"Do I really need to put on the medicine?" Yu Yan furrowed her brows as she walked out of the bathroom. She looked at her own appearance and noticed that she didn't look that bad anymore. After all, she was also someone who had long gotten used to fight and just getting punched once was not enough to cause her permanent damage.

She healed fast and it had been proven since she was in High School.

Well, she hadn't gotten involved in fight again after graduation, though. She was not a little girl anymore who only acted based on her impulse.

Long Ying waved for her to come closer. "Of course. Do you want to have scars left?"

"But I can barely see any mark left!"

"Be obedient."

Yu Yan pursed her lips and could only sat on her bed with Long Ying tenderly applied the medicine to her face. From this distance she could see Long Ying's face very clearly as it was right before her. His silver eyes reflected her figure while his hand tenderly moved. It felt as if he was treating a fragile treasure as he tried not to use too much force.

Her eyes couldn't move from his face either. She could see his sexy mouth pursed as he tried to make sure she felt no pain. At the same time, his long hair was slightly messy as it hung on the side.

It indeed felt weird to see men with long hair as the young Long Ying in the past had short hair. However, Yu Yan came to like this new appearance of Long Ying as it looked really good.

"Pick it up." Long Ying finished applied the medicine and moved away.

Yu Yan looked unwilling but she still picked up the phone. Upon seeing the name of the caller, her pale brown eyes turned frosty.
