Pulling a pin from her mouth she stuck it in Serena's mass of curls to hold her veil in place. Her mother's veil, her mother's dress. What a sight she made.
"I think it's secure. A hurricane couldn't blow this thing off your head."
Serena laughed and stood. "I'm not even nervous. I should be nervous."
