Chapter 75 Who Are You?

Blue/Ava's POV

Edward was caressing my back while I'm crying in his chest. He told me about him being transferred to another construction site in the city. Now, he doesn't have a choice but to go even when he refuses to his boss. It's not that I don't want him to go. It's a good opportunity. We can save enough money for our wedding and we can save money for Nicholai's education.

"Love, I will just resign." His voice was hoarse and sad.

I shook my head as I lifted my face to look at him. "No! Why would you resign?"

"I don't wanna leave you and Nicholai here."

I wiped my tears and stared at him. "I'm fine. We're fine here. Come on, love. This is a good opportunity for us."

He frowned and buried his face in my neck. "I'll miss you, love. I'll miss you and Nicholai."

We didn't have a choice. Edward left early in the morning the next day. Although he promised to visit us every Sunday, I still can't help but to cry as I watched him leave.
