The first yellow lanterns

Within space of the vaga system many yellow beams of light could be seen cross the system making their way towards a single destinations.

These beams of yellow light arrived at your destination by a yellow colored black trimmed ship each of the new yellow lanterns were confused by their destination only for the rings to take them inside the ship.

All of them made their way through the ship is the rings guide them all the way to the training room except for Ranx Who has yet to arrive in system.

The new yellow lanterns arrived in the training room of the ship there they found a 7 foot tall orange skin humanoid alien with his back turned to them with both his hands behind his back as the last lantern arrived in the room vulturous slowly turn to them given each one a sharper as he inspects his new lanterns he was surprised the lineup two being former criminals one being the clone of Supergirl as well as one daughter of sinestro.

Vulturous: welcome to the yellow lantern corps you all have been chosen by the power rings of fear for you all have the ability capacity and potential to be more than what you are to be the bringers of piece and enforcer of order.

Vulturous continued with his speech before he was rudely interrupted by the new recruit Power girl.

Galatea: hey hold up!!! why should we listen to you your rings latched on to us and drag us all the way out here and here you are expecting us to follow you blindly like a newly made soldiers!!

Vulturous expected a small rebellion from his new recruits after all not all of them could want to be a lantern but he needed lanterns for his army.

Vulturous: then tell me lantern Galatea What have you achieved on your HomeWorld that you could say you feel proud about and things you're about to do now would will bring you great honor and knowing we as a lantern corps can truly become A force of order in peace to where this whole galaxy and this universe is full of injustice.

Power girl had to stop for a minute and think of what he said what has she achieved throughout her life and when she thought about it she could only think of defeat after defeat by her original.

Thinking of all of her failures and how she was not accepted because of those failures by those who created or made her very angry and the more she thought the more she realize how true this suppose of new leader says.

The anger in her continue to build as she continues to think of all her failures back on earth so she takes off her frustration out on vulturous.

Putting all of her strength into her legs she shoots her self like a rocket towards him and use all the momentum and strength she has the vent out her frustration.

She pulling her fist back and then shooting it forward towards his chest intending to punch a hole right through him cause unlike her original she's not above the killing she's done it before.

As her fist was about to connect vulturous brings his hand up casually and catches her fist stopping her dead in her tracks as she looks at her fist being casually blocked as he begins to crushed her fist that's within his hand.

Power girl is surprise she's starting to feel pain in her hand as he begins to slowly crush it so the only thing she does is take her other fist and try to pound as much force into him as she can but he cashes the other one too and began crushing both her hands.

Galatea: ahhhhhhhhh!!!! Ahhhhhhhh!!!!

Feeling her hands being crushed is extremely painful as he kept going and began pulling both her arms in the opposite directions causing her more discomfort and pain for no one has ever done this to her not her original not Superman not her creators for the first time power girl was starting to feel powerless.

He then brought his knee up and hit her in the stomach letting go of both her hands as she begins spewing out vomiting and spit then he catches her head with his hand then brings his own fist back and hits her in the face with a tremendous force.

Sending her flying to the other side of the room hitting the wall and making a clear dent in it as her face is now bloodied and broken nose as she falls to her knees coughing up blood and leftover vomiting and spit.

Power girl walks up to him slowly their eyes connect and she sees bright yellow in his eyes as she looks closer his eyes have the same symbol as the rings the symbol of fear.

she begins to stand up doing her best to get her bearings cause that was a hell of a punch he delivered to her a lot more powerful than what she casually gets from her original during their fights.

This is the first time she's ever met anyone that could easily overpower her hell she even gets supermen a hard time when both get serious in their fights.

Vulturous walks up to her as he towers over her as his shadows cast upon her making him very intimidating and frightening.

Vulturous: now lantern Galatea I can give forgive much but attacking your new superior officer without provocation and reason are grounds for hard punishment so we can do this the easy way or the hard way where we keep fighting and you keep getting the shit beat out of you or you can line up with the rest of your fellow recruits and learn how to use your new ring hell if you do well I'll even teach you some of my peoples martial arts I can help you with hand to hand combat.

Vulturous extends his hand to power girl she looks sad for a minute then takes his hand then he pulls her back up to her feet fully making sure she's steady and stable and giving her first aid by his lantern ring.

They look at each other again locking eyes as if it's silent conversation between the two she then breaks eye contact with him and begins moving back to her fellow recruits.

With the display of power he has displayed making the other recruits compliant especially the ones from earth for they know who she is and how strong she is for her to be easily defeated by someone not Superman makes the Earth lanterns very nervous.

Within the next week vulturous teaches his new recruits everything they need to know about lantern rings and how to properly use them as well how to utilize all of its functions within that week was very hellish Boot Camp for them for vulturous did not tolerate them not doing 110% effort so those who like behind he double down on them making them do their best to get the maximum of the potential out of them as lanterns.
