Sam x Kat (Part 2)

   "What were some of the special places you guys went to together?" Dean asked curiously as he sipped his beer. I frowned and played with my thumbs. "Well, there have been alot of places, but the ones nearby are probably the park, or the pier. Either one works, but the pier may be better, we had our first kiss there." I said shyly hiding my blush.

   I remembered it very well, but the thing was, could Sam remember it? I personally doubted it. If he barely remembered me at all then how could he remember all the things we did together? "We will take him there then. Ill get Cas so we can go." He said and looked down. "Cas, get your feathry ass down here, so we can make Sam and Kat a couple again." Dean said lowly and there was a familiar flutter of wings.

   "How may I help?" He asked looked at Dean curiously, getting a smile from me. I knew they were hiding something. Something romantic. "Well, we need to take Sam and Kat to the nearby pier so Sam can remember their first kiss or something, I dont really know." Dean said amd leaned back chugging the rest of his beer.

   "We thought that it might help rejog his memory, so that I can have my Sam back." I added and looked down playing with my thumbs. I really wanted this to work. I missed feeling him holding me to his chest, and comforting me whenever I had needed it.

   "What are you guys talking about?"

   I immediately stood up and looked at the person who spoke. "Sam! Hey, I was wondering if you would come somewhere with Cas and I?" I asked nervously. "Sure, I guess, but where is it?" Sam asked raising an eyebrow at me. "The pier, their going out to get food, and thought you might want to come and pick which salad you want." Dean chuckled before sipping his empty beer bottle and then looking inside frowning seeing as there was no more in it.

   "Ok, yeah I guess Ill go." Sam said and stepped forward. Before I could even open my mouth the speak Cas put his hands on our shoulders and we were suddenly standing on the end of the pier, the sunset staring us in the face. I looked behind myself to see that Cas was gone. I frowned and then looked to Sam, who was just staring at the sunset a confused look on his face. "What... I feel warmth... on my lips?" He asked himself reaching his hand up to touch his lips.

   My heart jumped wildly in my chest. He was remembering. He had to be. I slowly grabbed my hand and he looked at me confused. "Thats because this is where we had our first kiss. Before you and Dean went to Hell, we were dating Sam. We were a couple. I was hoping to rejog your memory by taking you here..."

   "Im sorry, I dont understand. If we were a couple wouldn't I feel something towards you?" Sams question shot through my heart breaking it into millions of pieces. "I... I dont understand..." I said quietly and looked down. "Its ok, it was worth a try." Turning from him, I walked away. I guess over time, he just may have lost his love for me. Permanently.

    The room was dark and I felt the heat radiating off of the familiar body on the other side of the bed. Sam and I had just decided to share a bed since neither of us wamted to sleep on the floor, amd no one wants to share a bed with Dean. Well, except all the weird people that weirdly write and read our stories.

   I felt tears flowing down the bridge of my nose and onto my right cheek, as I was laying on my side. I let out a small sob and mentally cursed myseld I didnt want to wake anyone up.

   "Kat?"

   Too late, Sam was up. He would probably mad at me for crying for no reason in the night. He would probably call me weak, and think that I was a horri-

   A warm arm was wrapped around me. It pulled me into the muscular warm chest of the owner to the arm. "Im sorry Kat. I remember everything. Im sorry it took me so long to remember. I just, needed to feel your warmth, I felt everything slowly come back to me. When I heard you cry, my heart broke, and it seemed to fill my mind with my memories. With memories." Sam whispered inyo my ear gently.

   He remembered. "I love you so much Sam..." Was all I could manage to get out before I started to cry again. I turned over and felt a thumb wipe my tears away. "I love you too Kat." He said and kissed my forehead. I burrowed myself into his chest and smiled at the warmth, sleep engulfing me slowly.
