"Is the news always this boring?" Hazuno said with a yawn as he turned off the TV with his remote, he had just finished homework from his class and thought it would be a good idea to watch the news 'This was obviously a bad idea' Hazuno thought as he grimaced and looked at his phone and gone on Twitter to see the latest controversies as that's what kept him entertained for so long. There was a new tag on twitter that had blown up with millions of posts with the tag being #Doomsday as well as other tags being #TheEndOfTheWorld which confused Hanzuno the more he thought about it. When he tapped on #Doomsday as one person said 'Is this the end of the world??' with the person having hundreds of comments, he couldn't understand what people were saying as it seemed to be surreal.

He seemed both confused and panicked as he didn't know what to do, he immediately turned the TV back on to see if the news was covering this and as like his wish was granted the news turned to some sort of eyeball creature looking down at the city as one of the news reporters said "W…why are you here exactly? What do you want from us?" as suddenly the eyeball opened and from the inside came a man with beauty that could not been described, wearing Byzantine officer armor with long light blonde hair and baby blue eyes matched with white feathered wings. This ethereal beauty of a man looks at the news reporter as this handsome but mysterious man says "Do not be afraid, I am Archangel Michael, I am Gods Sword and Shield, a protector to Gods followers. I am here to tell you all, even these sinners who walk this earth that you shall all be cleansed soon. Free of all sin and be able to be allowed to enter the Holy Kingdom of God. As your Lord and Savior intended." As Hazuno questions what exactly this so called 'Archangel Michael' meant, Hazuno wasn't religious or anything even though he was studying religious studies (his parents wanted that) but he did read (forced) The Bible on a daily basis. 'If this person was Archangel Michael, then why did he come to Earth?' Hazuno questioned himself as he sighed, but was genuinely worried. He did believe in God (anymore) but he was scared, scared for himself along with others who aren't religious or believe in a different religion when they were going to be 'cleansed' as Archangel Michael puts it. No, he didn't want to believe it..he couldn't believe it.

As he was deep in thought, he suddenly heard the screams of people outside as blood splattered on his window, in a panic he didn't want to do anything as he continued to watch the news, as he heard Archangel Michael's words, the angel said "God has made me, eleven other Archangels, and his six Seraphim's to pick the person to become our 'champion' a becon of light who will uphold Gods order and spread the name of our Holy Lord." What did this even mean?! The news then showed people begging, praying, and even fighting others for a chance to be Michael's 'champion' as after a few minutes of pure bloodshed and prayer, the angel finally picked. The news showed the angel flying to a middle aged businessman got on the ground as he asked for the businessmans name, when given his answer he said "I have chosen you as God has chosen me Juurou Ayumu, I am your sword and shield, your protector from evil as well as sinners." with the angel bowing down and offering him his sword, once Juurou touched the sword he didn't seem…human anymore as he flowed a bright light and said in a voice that wasn't even human anymore "I will carry out Gods plan and cleanse the sinners of the world." then suddenly, the news station cuts out as Hanson looks shocked. He tried to ponder on it but he could think about what just happened though the young man heard knocking on the door as he heard his landlords voice saying "Open up Ryo!" Hanzou then goes to open the door and sees a frustrated middle aged man at the door, he looked poor in condition as his shirt was stained and his beer belly was showing but Hanzou couldn't comment on it, not unless he wanted an eviction notice the next day. Hanzou sighed internally as he tried to be as nice to the man as possible, saying "Is there something you need Mr. Kenzo?" Hanzou said as he just wanted him to leave already. "Ryo! Did you see what happened on the news?! How could I have missed that opportunity!?" Mr. Kenzo complained as Hanzou didn't want to hear him complain today, so Hanzou did what he always does and tried to calm the situation down as he said "Wow, that was uh, a bummer…yeah…" he said as if he just played along with whatever Mr. Kenzo was saying then he would eventually leave, and he did just as Hanzou expected as Hanzou sees him going around the apartment, trying to find someone else to bitch and complain too. Hanzou sighed as he slammed the door shut and sighed, he just wished his life was better.

As Hanzou went inside the living room, suddenly he saw a beam of light through one of his windows followed by darkness, he covered his eyes in pain as the two clashed and eventually it stopped but it left Hanzou confused as he opened his eyes as he felt…weird "What the hell…?" Hanzou says confused as he holds his head, suddenly he got flashed with thousands of memories of what looked to be religious imagery, one image was a garden with a woman, the next was a woman who looked to be a demon turning into a fragment of light and finally, him seeing what he could only describe as hell. In the middle of these weird memories if he could even call them that it was a man who he would've mistaken as a woman if not for the covering of his crotch with a silk like white robe as he would've mistaken him as an angel if not for him slowly growing horns before it evaporating as the figure opened his eyes and says "You're perfect." with the figure being engulfed in darkness before he was back in his apartment, wondering what that was all about…that's when he held his head as it was in pain, he needed painkillers again. So Hanzou went to the bathroom and when he looked in the mirror, he screamed.

He saw he saw a strange but beautiful marking on his face, it was red as he now looked different, his body was covered in these beautiful vine like markings starting with roses, anemones along with fruits like figs and apricots and even thorns that seemed to bleed that slowly turned dark. 'What is going on?!' Hanzou thought as he panicked and slipped, suddenly seeing a figure looking above him as he had long golden blonde hair and blue eyes, but the most terrifying thing of all was that he was naked. "Who the hell are you?!" Hanzou screamed as he saw the figure as the figure had no reaction as the ethereal man said "I am nor your servant or your master. You have just inherited my powers until they can be at its full potential once more." This figure speaks as it was perfect, it would've been beautiful if not for the fact he broke into his house and is naked from head to toe. The figure then got on top of him as he held onto Hanzou's cheeks as the figure got closer until they almost kissed, but Hanzou doubt those were his intentions as he felt absolutely no emotion from the figure. The figure looked at Hanzou with as the ethereal figure simply said "You human, you may call me Lucifer"
