Chapter 52 – Vampire.

Let's talk bit about the Rampage. She was willing to tell us her playstyle as well as other important stuff, for example about being vampire.

Rampage skills and classes are mostly related to either attack and defense. She has a solid defense as well as she is able to deal a lot of damage. She is a straight up front line fighter.

By the way, she was willing to tell us the benefits of the vampire race. She said that "Screw this, since you all know already that I'm a vampire, so I may as well tell you what the heck is the deal with being one."

[Race: Newborn Vampire]

[Race Passive]

[Increase user max HP by 10%]

[Increase the regeneration speed of health by: 1.]

{{Regeneration speed 1 = regaining 1 HP every second.}}

[Increase the performance of blood type skills by 5%]

[Increases damage taken from holy attacks and elements by 100%]

[Increases damage taken from light attacks and elements by 100%]

[When exposed to the sunlight, receive 80% all stat debuff.]

[When exposed to a sunlight, receive a continues damage.]

I'm not going to lie; this seem quite bad. She said that the still has her benefits of when she was a human, but she said that its now halved, kind of like my sub race, she now only gets 0.25 skill point and stat bonus from a human race. She also mentioned that she had receive a penalty for changing her race, like she won't gain some skill points and stat points because she is no longer human. I guess this type of penalty only applies to the humans and some other races that give you stat or/and skill points?

Anyway, it kind of looked like the vampire race sucks? I mean, only 3 small benefits and 4 heavy downsides? What in the bloody hell is that? No matter how people would look at this, the vampire is a complete garbage. However, she didn't minded that at all? So, I asked why she isn't bothered.

Apparently, she told me that apparently her race benefits and down sides will change as she evolves.

By the look of things, a vampire posses' ability to evolve just like a monsters. I don't there is any race you could pick when making your character had a possibility of evolving.

She said that as the guy who turned her into the vampire explained many things to her. Like for example that if she were to evolve, not only her race benefits would get much better and also her downsides would be get reduced.

Here is vampire ranking.

[Newborn Vampire]

[Vampire Commoner]

[Vampire Baron]

[Vampire Viscount]

[Vampire Count]

[Vampire Margrave]

[Vampire Masquers]

[Vampire Duke]

[Vampire Arch Duke]

[Vampire King]

[Vampire Lord]

[Vampire Emperor]

It seems that the vampire can evolve multiple times, so if I'm guessing this right. The vampires are extremely weak at the start, but each time you evolve, you would no longer be a weakling but somebody powerful?

Still, the downsides are quiet big right off the start, but if somebody manage to endure the hardships of being vampire and manage to evolve, then it would be all worth it.

I take it back, vampires are not trash, well they are on the start, but… Never mind.

Anyway, besides the ability to evolve and become stronger, she has also access to a special class that only vampires have called [Vampire Noble]

[Vampire Noble] class skill effect.

[Increase all the base stats of the user by X. X is equal to this skill current level. +10 increase to all base stats at skill level 10. Also affects all the extra stats.]

{{Base stats are theses -> [VIT: ->40<-] not the {} from passives or () this item.}}< p>

Apparently both this class as well as her race are both connected with each other. That means she won't be able to increase her skill class rank, unless she evolves.

Apparently for the newborn vampire to evolve, she just need to drink enough fresh blood, but afterwords she has do a different things, like drinking a blood of a stronger being, like a for example powerful or high level NPC for example and she also needs to max level her class skill.

The reequipment may seem simple enough, but there are obviously some problems. If you don't have any good blood, she said that she can also drink a normal blood but the amount of blood she would require would get quite large. But obviously she can't drink blood from random people or she would get hunted by the soldiers of this kingdom, pretty much getting fucked big time.

On top of that if she wants to evolve, she have no choice but to invest her points non stop into [Noble Vampire] skills if she wants to become stronger.

Overall, the vampire seem extremely weak right now, but maybe after it evolves one or two times it will become very powerful. Honestly, becoming vampire my self would be very tempting, since I'm already a bad guy so I don't care if I slaughter entire village or two.

Wait. Can I even get turned into vampire? I mean, I'm just bones….

Either way, the info she gave us is EXTREMLY VALUBLE! None of us ever knew you can change your race in this game and considering that you can't pick some races from the get go means that those are special races that are more powerful than any other races you can pick on the start. On top of that, some of these races may also have a special class like the [Noble Vampire].

Now that we know that there exist special races you can get, it would be a good idea to find a race suitable for each of us and that would obviously means that all of us would become even more powerful.

I can definitely say with 100% confidence that making that deal with her was worth it, just for the informations alone she had provided us with.

On top of that, we maybe able to gain something ourselves by helping her beating that unique boss, like an OP item drop or something.

Anyway, lets stop talking about this for now and focus on the current situation.

Our target is a level 200 unique monster called Forgotten Bride.

We still don't know what is the real deal with the "Unique" monsters. How much different they are from the normal monster? We don't know anything yet.

From what we know so far, Rampage couldn't even put up a fight and died pretty quickly, even though she is a tank and I saw her my self-taking my hits without a problem.

I can already guess that monster won't be an easily opponent for us to beat at all.

So, for now we decided to hunt monsters non stop and try to level up as much as possible, before taking on the Forgotten Bride.

While hunting together with Rampage, I was observing her and see how powerful she really is.

She isn't very smart but she has a very good reaction time and she can quickly come up with a simple strategies in mere moment.

Not only that but she is able to fully utilize her weapons to their max efficiency.

Combine it all together and you got somebody you cannot look down upon.

Overall, she was able to handle her self in battle without much problem. She was even able to somewhat work with us like a team, like jumping in to block the attack or something.

On top of that, I was right with her having shield user, spear user and the warrior classes. She also had that "Boar" class and apparently, it's called [Boar Knight]. From what I saw, it appears to be a class that is focus on the defense and attack, it kind of fits her perfectly if I'm being honest. She combos the boar skills perfectly with her shield and spear skills.

If I'm being honest about her, she is quite good. She may as powerful as that harem fucker as of right now, but she can still grow stronger by evolving, so sooner or later she would have become somebody much stronger than him.

Honestly, I'm thinking about asking her something, but it maybe a good idea to first wait and see how the things turn out first.

Anyway, we somehow manage to cooperate together quiet well and manage to level multiple times over and over again each day. And after 8 days, we all manage to get to the level 200! Honestly, it was all thanks to that place. Not only it had a lot of high level monsters but also all of them were quite strong. I honestly though it would take 10 or maybe even 12 days to get to the level 200, but I guess I was wrong?

[Level Up! You have reached level 200!]

[From now on, you will receive 12 skill points and 12 stat points whenever you level up.]

[You have received 12 skill points.]

[You have received 12 stat points.]

[You have received bonus 200 stat points and 200 skill points for reaching level 200.]

"Huh. By the look of things, we guessed right." – said GreyHunt.

"Yeb. So, we can definitely say now that every 100th level we will get both growth increase as well as the bonus." – said Shri.

"But let's not forget one important thing. The monsters with level 200 and above will be much stronger, just like the monsters above level 100." – said Oron.

"Well, that was quite obvious. Anyway, now that all of us reached level 200, should we now try to beat that boss now? I think we are ready now." – said GreyHunt.

"Finaly! Let's get this over with already!" – said Rampage.

"Alright, alright. We will do it today." – said ClownFrog.

"Yes!"- said excited Rampage.

After so many days of nonstop farming, we finally went to the ruins and tried beating that Forgotten Bride boss.

Rampage lead us straight to that hole that was covered by the boulder.

"Okay, this is the place." – said Rampage while removing the boulder and revealing a hole.

"Just fallow me." – said Rampage before jumping down the hole.

After the female player jumped down, the rest of the party fallowed her shortly after.

After everybody finally entered the hole, the entire party began fallowing Rampage through underground tunnels, until finally entering an open space room with a giant doors surrounded by weird black brisk.

"Okay. We are here. After we go through those doors, we will enter the ruins. So, make sure you are prepared." – said Rampage.

After arriving to the open space room, the two meters tall girl took off her protective rope, revealing her face completely.

The girl skin was completely pale while her eyes were red like a blood.

She had a beautiful long pink hair, but she had a fangs of a beast.

"…Huh."

"This is the first time you took off that robe completely." – said ClownFrog.

"Well, I had no choice but to wear it all the time if I wanted to hunt." – said Rampage while putting the robe she was using into the inventory.

"There is no need to wear in the first place, since there is no sunlight in here."

"I can finally go all out without any problems!"

"Huh. Well, good for you. Anyway, lead the way." – said ClownFrog.

The party opened the giant doors and entered the ancient ruins.

The ruins it self resembles that of a church.

[You have entered a dungeon: Ruins Of The Weeding Church.]

"?"

"Oh, we already have some company." – said GreyHunt.

As soon as the party entered the ruins, they were greeted by the horde of an humanoid zombies wearing full body armor.

The undead monsters instantly began rushing straight at the party as soon as they saw them.

The fight between then invaders and the guardians of the ruins began instantly as soon as the party entered the ruins, but the fight its self did not lasted long or anything, it instead ended up quite fast.

[You have slain: Unloved Guard – Level 180]

"Huh. I though those undeads would be bit more challenging, since they are wearing full body armor and all, but they are kind of weak?" – said ClownFrog.

"I told you that these guys were weak." – said Rampage.

"Yea, I get it, but compare them to the monsters above ground, these guys were…. Fuking disappointment?" – said ClownFrog.

"I agree. Why…. Why in the bloody hell they were so weak?" – asked Shri.

"Maybe its not them being weak but us being just strong?" – said Oron.

"Nah. When I came here before as level 140, I could easily beat them up. These guys are just a straight up weaklings." – said Rampage.

"But you were then one sidedly beaten up by the boss monster, weren't you?" – said GreyHunt.

"…Yeb…"

(Huh. This is…. Just straight up weird? I mean, the level 140 player could easily kill all the level 180 monsters? But when she found the boss monster, she couldn't even put up a fight?) – though ClownFrog.

(This is very strange? I mean, these guys are clearly weaker than monsters we fought above the ground, but shouldn't it be other way around? I mean, they are guarding these ruins and all.)

"…"

(Well, even if these guys are complete weaklings, it doesn't mean anything if we don't beat the boss. So far, we only know that Rampage got one sidedly beaten up and besides that, she didn't manage to get any useful informations, since the fights always ended too quickly for her to see any of the monster special attacks and other stuff.)

(So we have no choice but to find out ourselves about the thing we are dealing with.)

We continue exploring the unknown ruins while dealing with those weird weak zombies.

Thanks to the Rampage previous explorations, she was able to lead us straight to the boss room.

I know that the fight would be hard and all, but I though maybe we got this? I mean, all of us are pretty straight up strong, so I guess we have pretty good chance at winning this?

But then I found out how horrible I was wrong.

[Party member Oron had died.]

[Party member GreyHunt died.]

"Hehe…. Fuck me…. This…. Is fuking stupid." – said ClownFrog.

[You have died.]
